Very friendly as soon as you walk through the door. The quality has been great my nails last me up to a month maybe longer if I let them.

We had appointments before my sister's wedding rehearsal. Our appointments were scheduled for 10 AM and we arrived right on time. At first, the pedicures were fine. But when it came time to get our manicures, they abandoned us. They started taking all of their walk-ins, leaving us with half finished acrylics for hours. We were nearly late to the wedding rehearsal (which started at 2:30) and the acrylics weren't even that great. Another time, they raised the price on my sister's manicure and didn't tell her until she looked at her receipt later in the car. They had told her it would be $30 as she handed them her card, but had charged her $35. The owner was kind enough to give her $5 back but we were furious. It took so long that I ended up cancelling my appointment with them after sitting there for an hour and a half. read more

This place is very unprofessional. The girl took forever to start my nails, then she kept getting up and not even noticing how irritated I was getting. Then she stopped doing my nails and just sat there for almost 15 minutes then gets up and the guy starts doing my nails when he hasn't finished the girl next to me and then he goes back and forth between both of us. Then I still sit there for so long. Then the girl starts doing a pedicure and then when I cash out I don't tip them because it was the worst experience of my life, and they still charged me $30 when they made me wait so long and just sit there and the girl wouldn't even tell me what was going on. read more

I made an appointment ahead of time so I could get in and out on my lunch break. They apparently don't bother honoring appointments (or they double book them) because she was less than 5 minutes into someone else's pedicure when I arrived 5 minutes early for mine. After asking if there was anyone else available (there wasn't) I ended up walking out because I didn't have time to wait. No explanation or apology- How unprofessional! This place is disgusting...absolutely gross. I stopped coming here a year or so ago due to how horrible the service is, but had no choice as I had a broken nail and my regular salon couldn't get me in. It took them an hour and a half to fix my broken tip which there is no excuse for...then they charged me the same price as a regular fill. Worst of all, there is always a small child in the salon. He has been there since he was an infant and is now about 4 years old. He runs around screaming, banging on the salon equipment, drawing on the walls, openly coughing and sneezing on everything with no mask on, and physically touching the patrons, including myself. My purse was sitting on the chair next to me as I was getting my nail fixed, and he actually came over, opened my purse and looked inside. I had to ask him to please not touch it. They also keep another infant in the back room (where I think they do the waxing) as I could hear the baby getting fussy and the mother went into the public restroom to fix a bottle for him/her. The filth of this place makes me feel like I might have contracted a disease after visiting them. I've never seen anything like it. Please, for your own health and safety, go somewhere else. read more

Horrible, took an hour just to file and put on the tips and another hour for the acrylic that was soooo thin and then a COCKROACH CRAWLED ON NOT ONLY MY HAND BUT MY FRIENDS PHONE. the nails turned out absolutely horrible and they didn't do anything about the roach just pushed it aside. absolutely disgusting. I am not satisfied what so ever. When my family first walked in, there was a little kid running around yelling without a mask on and kept touch my family's belongings. The workers did not stop him and it was like a daycare. Following this, they yelled back in their home language and the kid started to cry. Not to mention, when my family came in for pedicures, after watching the workers with the dirty utensils, I then realized that NOTHING was cleaned!!! How DISGUSTING! The worst manicure I have ever had. I had gel nails done he started putting on the color before the gel was dry it bubbled and look awful. He didn't even color the whole nail. I will never go back!! He kept asking me if I wanted to add a til for him. My 7 year old could have done a better job!!!!!!! read more

I have currently been waiting for 45min. I had an appointment at 4:15...it's now 5pm. They never offered to soak my feet in warm water as I waited. Or apologized for having such a long wait. There are 6 of them working, not one approached me with an alternative to waiting. The prices are reasonable. But be prepared to spell the package out for them, or you'll be paying a lot for nothing. I asked for a deluxe pedicure package and got a regular pedicure instead. Was not impressed. There is really no way of relaxing here. They talk to each other in their native language, most likely mocking you...the tv is blaring and there are a million flies zipping around and landing on you while you're stuck in the chair. This place is disgusting. There was no sanitizing in between clients. I was placed at a dirty station, with a dirty towel still on the table, you could still see nail clippings and other particles on it. This towel was never moved. Not only that the women went from a pedi to doing manicures and never bothered to wash her hands first. They had dirty cups and dishes all over the room in various places. At one point a co-worker came in and started arguing with the owner. He kept leaving a manicure to go yell at this woman. Meanwhile she would come out yell and scream go back into a room an throw things. I have never been so embarrassed for a place. It wasn't worth the mediocre nails and the risk of infection. Salon 101 sanitize, sanitize...I could go on for days about the things I witnessed here. Never again! read more

The most I've ever paid for a Mani/Pedi. ANDDDD it sucked. I get gel manicures every 2 weeks and I just moved here so I was desperate to get my nails done. It was peeling within a few days, she didn't bother to shape my nails at all after clipping them, they were crooked and jagged. The pedicure was literally just polish, no massage and the water in the tub was tepid and she couldn't understand me well enough to turn the temp up. I would've complained but she was the ONLY one there and she didn't speak or understand english well enough to get anything i was saying. read more

Terrible Place. I just moved here from Seattle, WA and my friends who already lived here suggested going to get our nails done. For one the prices are ridiculous, super expensive for no reason. In Seattle, THE CITY, I can get a spa mani pedi for $50 and given a class of champagne while I relax during the pedicure. Looking at the prices I decided against getting my nails done, however my two friends still went for after much arguing on my side about the expense. I would also like to point out that they have a "deal" where you can get a mani pedi for $41 however if you take the simplest mani price and add it to the simplest pedi price it come out to $40 yet they are trying to say $41 is a deal? I couldn't help but laugh at how this place tries to swindle someone of there money. Now my friends both decide to get acrylics, it took longer than it should have (again city experience) and they messed up both their nails. The fake nails should be put over top where the cuticle would be and to the very edge of each side of the finger. Instead they had space on all side like the nail was just stuck on without being properly fitted and filed. It cost a sum total of $76 and some change NOT including tip. And yes it was like that on both friends. This happened July 22nd, 2016 at 6:30 well it is 10:00 the following day, hasn't been 24 hours yet AND their nails are falling off. Please save you money and go somewhere else in Potsdam to get your nails done. It doesn't help that the workers are rudely on there cell phones instead of conversing with the customer. You'd think I'm a small town people would be friendly and reasonably priced but I guess not. read more
