They left bleach on my SCALP for about an hour and a half, (my natural color is already dark blonde, so they knew it shouldn't have taken this long.) I was telling them that my scalp was burning, but all of the "stylists" were eating their sloppy Taco-Bell lunches, cackling and screaming to each other, completely ignoring me. They burned the hair off of my head and then had the b@lls to try to charge me the full, inflated price for the service. The women in here act like they're 12 years old, and I doubt any of them are certified by a state board or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY HERE!
