Molly has thick hair herself and knows how to cut, layer and deal with my thick hair perfectly. Christine is amazing at coloring hair and did my prom hair last year and it turned out amazing. Both can read people pretty well and understand what you are asking for and if you aren't in to talking a lot during your appointment they totally understand and won't make you uncomfortable. With knowledge of what I've done to my hair in the past, the hairdresser also told me I had healthy hair when she first touched it. and I'm only posting about them now because they tried to say it was my fault because I bleached my hair months ago. Idk who anyone's trying to fool I've been doing my own hair since I was 11 and I've never had my hair melt on the first application of bleach in 30 minutes so. Pls tell me more about how it's my fault then they over charged me to fix it with toner. My blonde highlights aren't visible because they melted the strands all the way to about 2 inches. Oh and the best part about this is Abby decided to blow dry my hair upwards from the underneath of my hair and made it into a puffy unmanageable mess where tf did you get your license honestly I could've done better with a 10$ kit from Walmart at least I'd still have my hair health. I do not recommend going to their salon. They refuse to admit when they did wrong. Oh and I did time the process bc I was texting my friend during it. I can never make the classes because it's straight after work or early in the morning. If you need tv while cardio-ing, then you need to bring a radio that tunes into the tv frequencies, I don't really care for it so it doesn't bother me. I don't do the tanning & salon, but they have that too. In fact, most of the cars in the parking lot are tanners, the gym area is usually empty. The weight room can get crowded, but it's not bad. The gym doesn't smell bad, and if it does you can prop open one of the doors. The worst is when somebody axe effects the entire locker room and then it's just plain nasty. I don't shower in the gym because the water smells kinda funks, but they do have hand sanitizers all over the place. One thing that annoys me is the limited weekend hours, especially on Sunday, when it closes at 3pm.

Remember those on Saturday afternoons? So that sucked. And then the bike shut down so there went any stats that was being recorded. Ok so that was enough. Decided I'd go get a manicure since I saw her there when I walked in. Oh no she left 10 minutes ago. Extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude, I've never heard of a 'tattoo artist' that treated…read morepotential customers so impersonally. This is my partner's most recent experience: I had planned to get a tattoo done right before the Christmas holidays and so made an appointment 3 months in advance. The tattoo I wanted I'd been thinking about getting for quite some time now, and obviously since it's a permanent fixture on my body, I had some specific ideas I wanted to bounce off her. I made time to visit her shop about 3 weeks before my actual appointment to go over some of the details. She listened to what I had to say, but gave the impression that I was not a priority, despite me being the only person in her store. I was a little put off, but left her with some notes on what my ideas were. Two weeks before my appointment, I emailed her with a more concrete idea, some reference images, a description of what I wanted based on these images, and a few questions about her pricing and such. I never received a response from her, and ended up sending another email to her a week later to see if she had ever received the first one. She finally responded saying she had received it, but that she wouldn't start working on the design until closer to my appointment time. She finally reached out to me with questions about my design 48 hours before the scheduled inking. After responding to her questions, she emailed me 20 minutes later with a draft image. I sent back an image with some alterations I wanted and she replied with "I'll get to it tomorrow". The next day rolls around, and she sends me an altered image about 24 hours before my appointment with only one of the five changes I had wanted, and no text accompanying that email. At this point, I'd spoken with the community at large which had unanimously said that this transaction was sketchy at minimum, if not an outright scam. So I responded to her 'updated' image expressing my discomfort, and explaining that I'd rather have someone who cared a bit more about the permanent piece of art I wanted etched into my skin. Her response was that she was "a VERY busy tattoo artist, and routinely did everything last minute." This, needless to say, did not reassure me. She then informed me of her 72 hour cancellation policy. When I confirmed my cancellation and asked how I was supposed to adhere to that policy when she had only reached out to me 48 hours prior, her response was "Happy Holidays" At this point, I'm more disappointed than angry. The tattoo was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I got myself excited about it, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
