They wear uniforms and look very professional. Whenever I need bigger jobs I call the owner Rusty. He always helps us out. They have cut down and removed storm damaged trees, replaced my sprinkler controller, raked my leaves, fixed a cut sprinkler wire, etc. They offer a 12 month payment option for regular lawn care which helps us budget. The biggest thing they do is make sure the gates are always closed. When you have dogs that is very important. I highly recommend Greenworks. You can pay more, but you won't get better service.

I expected that for the almost $800 that I spent with him that I would get a well-designed landscape for my front flower bed. When he sent over a picture of the finished job, I was so disappointed with the end result. I kindly let him know my concerns hoping that we could work something out. Instead of responding to me as as a true professional would, he ended services with me via the company app we used to communicate about my lawncare needs. Fortunately, because I found Eric on a third-party lawn care app, I had somewhere to go to escalate my concern. They agreed that the quality of his work was below expectations and were at least able to give me a partial credit. Eric seems like a nice guy but lacks the courage to deal with customer concerns. Truth is that I was way over-charged for the quality of work he produced. I feel so ripped-off. Lesson learned. He's good at lawn mowing, but don't hire Goetz Lawn Care for landscaping needs. He's way out of his league.
