No place I called could give me a straight answer, but one of them recommended I reach out to Modern Lighting. They actually trialled my question on a lamp they had in house, so that I didn't have to drive to them until there was reasonable certainty they could do what I needed. They quoted me a price, and I went in the next day. Not only did they get the job done, it ended up costing less than their estimate. I figured they must be a good company since they have been around for so many years. I finally needed some electrical work done, installation of an EV charger, by a licensed electrician so I decided to give Leone Electric a call as well as a few other electricians for quotes. I only contacted electricians that are highly rated. Nic Leone came out to give me an estimate. He was on time, actually a little early, which I appreciate since I value punctuality. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. He took his time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and he explained everything to me very clearly. He promptly provided a quote the following day which was very reasonable. I also worked with Tiffani in the front office to get the city permitting requirements taken care of. She provided professional customer service and stayed on top of submitting the appropriate paperwork. She knows her job and does it well. Miguel and Jacob came out to do the installation of my EV wall connector in the garage. Those guys are just like Nic, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy going. They were so easy to work with and accommodating. The culture of the company is definitely to provide high-quality electrical work and amazing customer service. Miguel and Jacob are a great team. They are both very meticulous and detail oriented. They did a very clean installation, and the quality of their work is exceptional. They cleaned up their work area after the installation was complete, and they left the area cleaner than when they started! I am very pleased with their electrical work, and I would definitely call them again if needed. I actually want them to do some electrical work at my daughter's house, but unfortunately, her place is outside of their area.
