He had examples of material to show us and gave us the pluses and minuses of each. It was a bit of a wait from the order to installation, and I did pay a little bit more for the deposit than I expected, but in the end, it was all worth it. I feel like I received exactly what I was promised. The installers Todd and Kade were amazing. They were both very clean and tidy and respectful and personable. At the end of the installation, Todd explained how to maintain and clean our new shutters. I highly recommend this company.

July 2020: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and one of the best servicemen I've found on Yelp…read more Brad's a great electrician and all around solid, honest Orange County local. I had an outlet out in the living room, so I placed a message on Yelp. Brad responded shortly afterwards and stated he could be there at 10 AM the next day. He provided an extremely competitive estimate, and I agreed. Brad showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem, and we spent some time chatting. I was very happy with this service call, and will definitely be reaching out to Brad again.

He's my go to electrician, very trustworthy. He even came for an emergency near Christmas. He was concerned for my family because our heater lost electrical power. Brad came immediately even though it was later in the night. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and even called Edison because it was on the city's end. He didn't even charge me for coming as an emergency. Because he, a professional electrician, called Edison, they came an hour after and fixed the issue right away. I'm so thankful that I have the privilege of having Brad as our electrician and would easily recommend him to our family and friends.

This was one of the most DISTURBING experiences we've had with a contractor…read more We hired Rigo and his company, ArtLux, to build and landscape the front and back yard of our home, including a pool, outdoor kitchen, driveway, and landscaping. First, the project had serious workmanship issues -- uneven tile installation, incomplete grouting, unfinished lighting, incorrect installation of pergola leading to water damage, and many other things. Second, the billing and accounting was extremely difficult. As the scope of work changed, additional costs kept being added, but when items were removed from the project the price did not appear to decrease accordingly. We asked SEVERAL times for a clear accounting of the work completed versus unfinished items but never received one. Third, when we raised concerns and withheld the final payment until the project could be completed (which is standard practice), the situation escalated in a very alarming way. While we were out of town over the holidays, Rigo and his team entered the property without our authorization and removed installed pool equipment and outdoor kitchen appliances. In a message to us, he stated that he REMOVED the equipment to "GET OUR ATTENTION"! Because the systems were disconnected, flooding occurred and damage resulted in the backyard. Our pool does not circulate, which may lead to further damage. The experience left us feeling extremely violated and unsafe in our own home. Homeowners should expect disputes to be handled professionally and through normal communication. But this was NOT our experience with Rigo and ArtLux.
