During the most recent snow/ice storm I requested service. in the area most people are dealing with icy roads/driveways due to freezing temperatures and lack of supplies. This company refused to pull in my driveway in their VAN. I made arrangements for them to park in my neighbors plowed yard the next day they refused to walk on the ice to service my home. The tech guy waited in his van for about 15 minutes then left no call or anything. I tried calling back 3 separate times no answer when I finally called from my husband's number someone magically answered. While I'm not at liberty to put anyone's safety at risk if this is an issue that you have had and you witnessed my street/ road conditions why not just decline the service instead of making me continue to wait only to be told after day 2 that you can't service me. And the only concern you have is that you have had 2 technicians come out to waste time and money. Nevermind the fact I have no normal heat running. Horrible customer service and lack of communication!

I can't help but first say that this company is now (and forever) my go to people when it comes to our HVAC (and what they are able product and services they offer). I had gotten the referral from my boss and decided to go ahead and get my ticket in. I EMAILed them and they responded back within (or even less than) 30 minutes! Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly with my situation on the furnace and told me that one of their guys would be available to check it out and to give us an estimate of what their service would be to replace it. They were very accommodating with my schedule because I wasn't going to be available until after 3pm that day. Jesse was the person who came and checked out our "broken" furnace and to give us an estimate. Their communication was wonderful, Jesse texted me when he was 10 mins away. I was so sure our furnace was broken because we had two diagnostic done on the furnace to confirm that it was INDEED...broken. I told Jesse of our situation and what the results of the last two reviews. I s*** you not....he fixed it. We had freaking heat for the evening and the following week. Our gas furnace is about 20 years old and was told by two other companies that it was broken and needed to be fixed and maybe even the AC too! Jesse was so helpful explaining to me of what he found and fixed (and I actually understood him! haha). He was so professional and so helpful in our situation. Long review short - because of our furnace breaking down the first time and that we have an 8 month old, we decided to get it replaced. Both Elizabeth and Jesse from the company had great communications in helping us set up a date and answering any other questions that we may have had. We seriously got very lucky with finding these wonderful people and company. Anyways, they gave us a date and time. (Helped me out and) showed up earlier than expected to get started on the replacement. Their team was very friendly, professional, and funny to work/talk to. They replaced our furnace within a reasonable time and told me of what is to be expected on turning on a new furnace. Overall, my experience with this company for the past week has been very pleasant and gave me a peace of mind of my home. I could not have asked for anyone better. These guys will be replacing my AC once that gives in as well - haha. These guys are definitely a keeper and I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Glen Allen/Richmond area. Then I had something come up and needed to know AM or PM expected. Reached them 2 days before and was told I'd get a call back. (they'd always been able to give a rough estimate in the past). No call back. The day of the appointment - No show, did not answer my calls that day or the following days to see if it was just a mis-communication. It was hard to believe that I'd been ghosted by my gutter cleaners that I'd used for years. People this is BAD customer service - if you don't want my business , just tell me. I'm an adult and I can take it. Now I have to reschedule with someone else and have to wait again to get the gutters cleaned. Be assured, when I need mu gutters or gutter guards replaced I will NOT be calling Mind in the Gutter.

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! I contacted the company and spoke with Lisa, who then said she was going to pass it along to "Micah Groome", who is the Service Manager for Capital City Comfort Solutions in Chesterfield, Va. Micah sent an email stating that I need to report it to my own insurance company. This alone would be a reason NOT to have any business with this company. Ownership in my eyes is important. This will be handled in different way now that it is shown that this company has no integrity and takes no responsibility of the cause.
