They could have at least given us the courtesy of a call when they discovered this, but no one called us. We rescheduled to later that day, 12-1 and were assured they'd be here. At 1:30 pm we called and left a message trying to determine if they were coming. No one called us back. At 2:06 pm, 3 workers showed up. No one from the company ever returned call. Fortunately, the team that cleaned our windows and power washed our patio did a good job. However, what should have been a 2-3 hour job in the morning turned into an all day ordeal and infuriated us over the lack of communication and customer service.
