The next day he came out to my home to perform a free estimate, and emailed me his proposal the same day. His proposal didn't just include the cost of the service, but also his business license and proof of insurance. I was able to choose which services I wanted and accept his proposal electronically. I truly appreciated that I could do everything online, include pay for my services. Brandon was prompt with setting up my appointment, and he did a fantastic job soft washing my home, gutters, pathway, and front and back steps. I didn't even have to present when he performed the work. He checked with my husband and I to ensure we were pleased with his work, which we were. Our home looks like it did when we first made updates to it. I highly recommend the Pristine Pros, and I plan to use them in the future for their services.

They have installed 50' of vinyl fencing, installed a ceiling fan on our front porch, washed inside and outside windows in our home. They were both friendly and professional and clearly took so much pride in their work. They joked with our kids, asked about our music preferences and worked for hours each day with smiles on their faces. At the end of each day they would vacuum and sweep up not only the work areas, but the paths in and out of our house, trying to leave our home cleaner than they found it despite the construction. When they came back this week for the final checklist day, they even fixed a few cosmetic things they saw that we had not even noticed! While we will be happy to put our kitchen back in order, we will genuinely miss their company each day. Our kitchen is beautiful and makes me so happy! It went from being cramped to being a joy to cook in. While I know this isn't the case, both rooms feel like they got bigger through this renovation! They created an amazing transformation in our home. This was our 3rd home improvement project with Mr. Fix-It. They redid our 2 full bathrooms about 8 years ago, replaced our front door about 2 years ago and then this summer they just redid our kitchen and half bath as previously mentioned. My husband and I continue to call Mr. Fix-It for major home improvements because the quality of the work this company does is amazing and their employees are so wonderful to work with! The company also stands behind it's products. When we had a problem with the tub faucet on New Year's Eve a few years ago, the owner came to our home around 6pm to fix it himself. He was dressed nicely and clearly on his way to a party, but did not want to leave us without a working tub over the holiday weekend since we had toddlers at the time who were too small to take showers. That is the level of commitment this company gives to its customers and something I have not experienced anywhere else! I will warn you that Mr. Fix-It will cost more than if you sub-contract through a big box place like Lowe's or Home Depot, but don't let that cause you to dismiss them. You can be assured that you are working with trustworthy & knowledgeable people who will be honest with you, take pride in the quality of their work and stand behind the durability of their work for years to come!
