I have had High Definition Painting replace flooring for me twice now, once in 2024 and just now…read morecompleted. Boris and his crew, this time around it was Daniel, did a superb job. After they replaced the bedroom floor in 2024 I knew I didn't want anyone but Boris to do the work for me. He was professional, polite, hard working, trustworthy, easy to work with, and most importantly, does excellent work. My home is transformed, I can not say enough good things about this company and Boris in particular. Thank you to Kelly and David for getting it all organized, I would highly recommend you to anyone. They replaced my floorboard that was rotting from water damage. They installed flooring in 2 of my bathrooms and I couldn't be happier. They were polite, courteous, and very respect of my home and belongings. They called to let me knoe when they could be here and were able to come a day early to get the ball rolling as i know this buisness takes time and can take months to get scheduled. They were able to mount a tv for me that meant the world to me. I had been waiting for like 10 years and just overly happy. For one that they could do it, and 2 that it was finally off my to do list. It looks so good. Highly Recommend

Incompetence Unloaded (0 out of 5 stars)…read more The wife and I trusted these people to come into our home and do a professional job and it was a nightmare from day one. They overpromise and don't deliver. Communications were mediocre at best. We were preached to by someone who seems to think god takes more precedence on a job that they were hired for than the job itself. Furniture was moved and damaged and left out of place. Brand new wood stained floors were demolished. The wife's flowers were trampled outside around the house. Trash was left inside and outside. Equipment was left behind. New granite was chipped. The job was not prepped correctly, meaning sanding was not done in some areas, some areas were incompletely coated, runs all over the house. It's been a year and most of the doors are all peeling. New bathroom fixtures were painted over. Hand prints were left on ceilings. THEY PAINTED HEAVILY AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND CUT OUR POWER AND LEFT THE HOUSE KNOWING IT AND LEFT US WITH A MASSIVE FIRE HAZARD AND ELECTRICAL BILL. The craziest thing isn't that after all this the same owner had the audacity to try to silence us with a document if we signed away our right to publicly write reviews. When workmanship was questioned, it was met with nothing but aggressive behavior by one of the owners. Accusations were thrown at both myself and my wife for simply asking questions. The company does nothing but make excuses for poor workmanship if you can call it that. After lots of talk with many other companies it was noted that the main reason they stay in business is government contracts with schools. Maybe they are good people who just have a lot of internal problems to work out but with this much stress and damage done to our new home they should have paid us triple what we paid them. If you have a business and like your property damaged and poor work while throwing your money away, hire them. If you value your home and belongings NEVER allow them on your property at all.

Super nice guy who obviously knew his stuff. The dispatcher was also great. He suggested I also get the water shut-off valves replaced while they were there since they were older and leaking. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.

I spoke with the owner, Diego, the day of expressing all of my concerns and he accused me of not wanting to pay after the job was 90% complete. Very upsetting to move into our new home with adhesive on the floor, poor seams with adhesive going down the walls, smudges, adhesive on our countertops, and wallpaper falling off the wall. I've reached out to the company via email several times to express my concerns along with a request to be reimbursed for the wallpaper at least with no response back.
