Being July, I never expected to find a replacement for my summer staples as the Mayari style is popular, but I was thrilled to find that not only could they get me a replacement pair, they would do so under warranty at no charge. What?! That's so awesome! The replacement pair arrived today from their other store. They are the vegan version of the same style I had - which is a little strange - but it works for me! I am one happy customer. Thanks again :)

And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. The prices are wildly inflated, while the selection does very little to justify them. If you're charging premium prices, there should at least be premium variety and quality to match. As for the customer service, it was practically nonexistent. No one seemed interested in speaking to customers until it came time to promote or push their program. That alone left a pretty bad impression.1/10. If you enjoy paying too much for clothes, having a painfully limited selection that feels like it's mostly just teams, and being treated like a potential sign-up rather than an actual customer, then by all means, this is the place for you.
