Eating here is like dying and going to hell. Let me put it to you this way: they add a 20% service charge to every bill, no matter the size of your party, because they would never be tipped by anyone if they didn't. We were held hostage here for two and a half hours...Along with every other table in the restaurant. This place is terrible! We thought it was weird that a place inside the Omni only had 6 reviews. It took 23 minutes to be greeted at our table after asking the hostess 3 times. The hostess and the other woman at the host stand told us that our server named "V" was terrible and that we'd be waiting for a while. We asked for another server, but we're told no. After another 15, we went and picked our beers up from the bar as they had been sitting there for 10 minutes. I came down to Atlanta for a business convention and it was my first time here. The staff at Top Draft were so friendly and knowledgeable. The hostess was absolutely fantastic and had great recommendations on what to try. The first night I came kind of late, so I sat at the bar and tried the double smash burger (omg soooo yummy). The second night I sat at a table in the rear. I ordered the calamari appetizer (fried to perfection) and the lemon pepper wings (fried crispy and hot out the grease) as the hostess suggested. The wings were too salty for me, but they were good. Tonight I sat on the balcony (gorgeous view) and had the ribeye (medium well- omg soooo tasty). My hats off to the chef because my steak cut like butter and melted in my mouth. Now let's give some shoutouts. CC is who you want to make your drinks, Jose & Miranda work hard to be accommodating servers and just overall the whole staff was amazing. They have a brand new bartender who is beyond handsome. Kinda wish he was on the menu. LOL. The atmosphere is that of an upscale sports bar/lounge. They have a nice sitting area in the front, tables spread throughout, a nice bar area and the icing on the cake would be the outside balcony. I can't say enough great things about Releek and the staff. We had about 20 friends there for our gender reveal at the skyview as we had to change our plans for the rainy weather. The only reason I gave one star is the food was good. We were told it was going to be over an hour wait to be seated, ok fine, we understood. when we went to check back in the hostess led us to a table and just about threw the menus down and walked away without saying anything. then we waited. and watched employees and managers walking by (most not even doing anything, no food or drinks in their hands, nothing) or talking to each other. We told him ok anyways we are ready to order(2 SWEET teas and chicken nachos with the jalapenos on the side). When he brought us drinks they were UNSWEET and when we tried letting him know and asked for sweetener, he said "unsweet? oh are you sure? I'll check in the back".... then he brought us out waters (that we didn't ask for) and we had to remind him for the sweetener twice before we got any. when the food came out it was a very good portion but the jalapenos were not on the side but all over the meal. We decided not to say anything due to how it was when we tried getting the tea fixed, however when the food was delivered we did ask for utensils (as the chicken was in pretty big chunks) and got plates instead. Our server then stopped coming by our table so we had to ask the hostess for napkins when she was walking by our table. When we politely stopped her she had this look on her face like we were inconveniencing her, when she brought the napkins they were the small drink napkins and she practically threw them on our table and walked off. Our server finally came to check on us and we asked for utensils again as well as a refill on my teas which had been empty for quite a while (lucky i had the water I guess). After asking for the utensils we noticed our server chatting and laughing with another employee(which is fine if you are still working but he was leaning up against something just talking.(not even where the silverware is kept as we then fond out they keep it at the bar) After he saw us watching him talking he walked over to the bar and grabbed the utensils and brought them over and that's when we decided to just take the rest of our food to go. Horrible service. Put in a 2-hour long wait, then had to flag down our waiter after waiting 30 mins at our table to then never get all our drinks, then to be told the food would take 45-50 mins. Absolutely unacceptable, the soul purpose of a restaurant is to serve food at a fast paste & they can't even do that. They might be "busy" but they are a small restaurant & should be able to keep up or have longer wait periods to allow the kitchen to catch up. At the end of it all we were still charged $50 worth of drinks we didn't drink, half we never received & after talking to the manager he's response was "they are busy & it's our fault for not being able to wait 45-50 minutes for food". Customer service needs work as well as the kitchen needs to learn time management. The waiter should have greeted us & immediately told us about the kitchen wait. After standing for almost 20 minutes for a waiter to address me, she said the manager had closed the take out options. Killing time after a concert with friends when a heavy downpour led us here. My advice - order a beer. I made the mistake of looking at their bar and ordered an Old Fashioned. I was served the worst Old Fashioned of my life. A glass full of crushed ice with bourbon + heavy pour of simple syrup + maraschino cherry. This "cocktail" was an insult to Old Fashioned's everywhere. The ingredients were fine - but the proportions/delivery were all wrong. And the real cherry on top is 20% gratuity automatically added to tip the crew for their expertise and delivery....order a beer or a water. read more

We were staying in the Centennial Park area because we were visiting the Georgia Aquarium as we passed through on a road trip. It's an interesting area to say the least - not a lot was walkable, especially with kids in tow. We decided to take a chance on Top Draft, and we were so glad we did! The service was very friendly and very good. The food was delicious: we had chicken Caesar salads, wings, chicken tenders and a sandwich (can't remember what my daughter ordered) and it was all very tasty!
