When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me with the checking in process. Everything was simple and straight forward, which I appreciated it so much. When I stepped in the room for the treatment, Julia escorted me inside and asked several questions regarding my symptoms. She listened to me very patiently and wrote notes. After that, she brought some tools to do some tests and whenever I started to have pain, she immediately stopped and moved on to the next test. She was very considerate and professional while determining my condition. During the treatment session, she kindly explained what we're going to do in each step and made sure that I wasn't pushing too hard. At the end, she gave me an ice pack on my shoulder, which relieved all the soreness. I strongly recommend this place especially Julia as your therapist. Can't wait to visit her again and get better. Every movement and exercise was treated with great care and precision, and his knowledge really shows -- he was excellent at tailoring home exercises for my mom and her exact needs. Throughout the session, they checked in with me to see how I was feeling as we worked through the different exercises. They even gave me exercises to do at home.
