It was a lot of hard work, but Dr. Rob totally personalized the therapy and exercises to get just the right muscles and tendons to "play" right and work without pain. I was tempted to get a steroid shot in my hip before I went, but decided to trust the lack of pain to continue. I was gone 8 days and climbed stairs and walked 3-7 miles a day. I think I've seen all the therapists there at least once but most of my work is with Dave and Lauren. Both are amazing, knowledgeable and really listen to you as a patient to address your concerns and work towards your progress. I love that they incorporate some eastern medicine to their routine. First PT that I've been to that does cupping and scraping, I LOVE IT! Facility is clean and they make efforts to keep it that way. You constantly see the staff wiping things down and disinfecting once a patient is done with their room/table/station. It is clear that patient wellbeing is their priority!

Both therapists took their time to really listen to my concerns, limitations, and goals. They thoughtfully plan and personalize each session, and explain why we're doing each exercise and how it helps. It was honestly remarkable how they were able to immediately point out why certain parts were hurting and help improve that area. I always felt supported, encouraged, and motivated during my sessions. I also learned interesting and new ways to care for myself better! He emailed me back saying it wasn't a prior authorization and was only a request. But the approved authorization was right there on page two of the 11-page packet, signed by my workers' compensation adjuster. It took me just a few seconds to find it. Instead of admitting the mistake or trying to fix it, Tommy completely ghosted me. He stopped responding and never acknowledged what happened. I even had my workers' compensation adjuster call the office to explain everything. She left a voicemail after no one answered, and they never bothered to call her back either. The communication and attention to detail were terrible. If this is how they handle something as simple as paperwork and scheduling, I can only imagine how they handle actual physical therapy. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Special shout out to Jovik, who has been the main therapist working with me. His attentiveness to problem areas of my body is phenomenal. He genuinely cares about getting me back to the best version of myself. There were days where I came in with other minor injuries and he would problem shoot those areas so that we were able to get back to the bigger issue. Then I had total knee replacement and because there were other people in the office getting worked on at the same time, they were able to tell me about the different surgeons and recommend many. From the many surgeons they gave me. I chose one that fit my personality. I learned it is very important to feel good with your surgeon. I am now six months postop and still going to Dr. Chuck because I love it there so much. This morning my daughter said it's my gym! It's fun. It's a relaxed atmosphere and I have fantastic tremendous range of motion in my knee due to Dr. Chuck's care. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about innovative wellness solution, physical therapy. I've been to physical therapy at a couple different places. When my ortho doctor told me I could…read morechoose, I decided to try St. Jude this time around. It was easy to get appointments for me, for some reason (because my husband tried and he couldn't get decent appointments at all, and he has more availability than me). I met with Susan Mammen on my first visit, for evaluation. She was very friendly and thorough, I really appreciated her time and her care. I only saw her for 2 of my visits, however, which was unfortunate. I also saw Wendy Winters for 2 visits, her hands-on technique was incredible and both times I left there feeling more comfortable than when I walked in. Both Susan and Wendy sent me off with great stretches and instructions. I was happy to see both of these PTs. My last 4 appointments were scheduled with Brittany Pham. She is a very sweet girl and gave me some great exercises to do at home. That being said, she was very talkative and most of the sessions were her talking and using her hands to talk so the therapy pressure was either not there or very light. I felt like I got zero therapy or relief under her visits. At the other physical therapy places I've been to, I get quite a bit of hands-on time and assistance with exercises, typical visits are about an hour. Not at St. Jude, here I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The PTs never left my side, which was nice, but I felt like there could have been so much more done to help me out. I did get a couple of valuable stretches to do, so hopefully my shoulder pain will start getting better on it's own. Nice place and very organized, but I don't feel that I received optimal physical therapy.
