Came here for pelvic floor therapy after both my babies. I've had great results going to them. There are multiple therapists that you can work with. Appointments are fairly easy to get ample parking and they provide validation. I had to bring my baby with me for majority of my appointments and they were very accommodating. read more

I'm here for plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist gave me a prescription for physical therapy, and since I had been here before, I am back. It's a great place for physical therapy rehabilitation. They have knowledgable therapists that will answer all your questions. The machines, restrooms and overall facility are clean. Keimi and Kiana are amazing. read more

PPT is great. I came here for a session after I got into an accident. Just after one session, I felt so much better. I know it's their job to be able to quickly assess you but I was so impressed by how spot on their assessment of where I was hurting. Throughout the session, they checked in with me to see how I was feeling as we worked through the different exercises. They even gave me exercises to do at home. The staff is great and they really have a family environment. They are so great, that my mom and dad also come here for treatment. And they have only great things to say about their treatments and all the staff. They really care about their patients and it shows in their work. This is my second time reviewing this business because I wanted to let people seeking physical therapy to give these physical therapists a try. My podiatrist diagnosed heel bursitis. It was extremely painful for me to walk. He recommended CBD crème and after using it for a month, I had painful stomach pain. He then recommended Voltaren. Again, stomach pain. If you Google Voltaren it reads that it can cause stomach ulcers. I asked him about physical therapy. Since I had tried this place a few years ago for back pain and it was extremely helpful, I decided to come back. The front desk people and all the staff are great. Very professional and kind. Currently working with physical therapists Dennis & Stephon. Both are very good. It was extremely hard to walk without pain but since coming here a few weeks ago and getting hands-on treatment and following their exercises, I can now walk without pain. I'm glad that I found this place and I would highly recommend for those struggling with pain to give this business a try. read more

Rene's skill made it possible for me to keep moving as long as possible and build strength and flexibility so that once I had a new hip, rehabilitation was easier. PTT, is one of kind I found them through yelp made my appointment and never looked back. I arrived to my first appointment the nice ladies at the front desk already knew who I was upon walking in. PTT follows strict COVID guidelines and checks your temperature at the door. I really love my therapists who help me during my weekly visits. I've been going to PPT off and on for many years, for a few different problems. They are the most professional Therapist I have met. I've been to other places and it's mostly, them just telling you what equipment to use. but PPT are hands-on. They literally work on your problem area and with you to identify the problem. I feel very confident when I walk in there and know that they're going to help me. When I leave, I feel so much better. Keimi is the therapist I'm seeing, and she is absolutely fabulous. I've had treatment from a few of the therapist and their all great. I just had a total hip replacement, after seeing Keimi, I was able to walk with no assistance in a short amount of time. I would recommend this facility to anyone, they are absolutely fabulous. Very professional and their facility is spotless. They clean all the equipment that you use, as soon as you're done using it. They are very aware of COVID-19 and take all precautions. As I said, I would definitely recommend them. My husband is having a knee replacement soon and he will be going to PPT. I come here to work on stretching, balance, and core strength. The facility is bright and clean with friendly, down to earth professionals to assist, advise, educate, and encourage. They never shame or guilt me, either. I can push at my own pace, and with my commitment to show up, I see progress every week. I am not a fan of "boot camp" style exercise. I find PPT a place that's personal and sustainable for me. Sometimes I even get a quiet little workout time because of less crowds. So relaxing. This is a smaller gym, which I prefer. When I first saw Michele under the advisement of my doctor, my body was under such stress from years of bad habits and raising 4 boys. She listened well and was very in tuned to what was happening with my body. With her help, she was able to teach me about my body and how it responded to stress. PPT is amazing!!! I learn so much each time I go in to physical therapy at PPT. The knowledgeable therapists are outstanding. I have come back to PPT now several times for different issues. The therapists are very hands-on. They are professional and have really made a difference in my ability to function. I have benefited from each therapist I have seen there. They have interns watch and assist you as you do your exercises (that the therapist has prescribed) after your therapy session is over. I really appreciate that the time I have with the therapist is actually for therapy, and not for them to count as I do my exercises. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this place off and on for 10 years. It is hands down the best place around to receive treatments and for personal training programs. They have a gym with Chris, the trainer, who tailors work outs to each individuals needs. I have used them from everything to rehabbing a dislocated elbow to training for a triathlon. I have been going to PPT for over 3 years. My reason for going was not due to an injury, but for the use of the gym and professional guidance on working out and weight loss. Chris is the trainer who is in the gym daily working with patients, as well as those who are just there to work out. He has been a tremendous help to me. I have a back injury from a car accident years ago and he creates workouts around this. I have belonged to another gym for years but have never been so committed to working out as I have since joining PPT. It's such a comfortable and easy going atmosphere.
