Getting our Prop Management Co to do anything usually require a scathing review. This time was no different. The sink in our granite counter was originally installed with no support! When it broke loose and fell into the cabinet below, it broke several seals, rendering our sink and dishwasher completely useless. My PM called Leonine, who called me first thing in the morning. They gave me a small window in which they would be here and they arrived within that window. They wore masks, which is essential for us, I am immune compromised and my fiance is diabetic. They sent the quote to our PM, and as soon as they got the approval, they scheduled a time to come make the repair. They arrived within the given window and made the repair in under three hours. As an added note, we had an issue with plumbing backing up that went on for almost a year with various companies coming out to fix it. It took a year to get Leonine out to fix it, but we haven't had an issue since. Call them. You won't regret it.

Prior to his visit to my house, he kept me informed on his arrival time. He arrived on time and immediately began the inspection. He first took pictures of the house and roof from ground level. Then he got on the roof and inspected it. He was very thorough and found a couple of small things to be done. He caulked around several vent areas and some bare nails He did find on my back gutter found where it had become separated from the siding. He fixed that also. He took his time and finished the inspection and repairs in less than 45 minutes. Afterwards, provided me his appraisal. He stated the roof is in very good shape and wouldn't need replacing for at least two or three years. The inspection was free and he didn't charge for the small repairs. Jon is a very personal and professional project coordinator. His thoroughness made me feel very good about the roof condition. When I do have my roof replaced, I will call him again. This was on a Sunday evening and I was able to get through immediately. A tech was then paged and called me back within 15 min to go over scheduling. They were up front about the $200 after hours fee, which saved me money as I scheduled the time for normal hours as the leak was trapped in a vapor barrier. On the day of the cleaning the two techs showed up on time, spent a few minutes to explain the process and got to work. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the job, and they did such a great job the affected area is now by far the cleanest area of the walkspace. I received the bill today, and it was under $300...less than I was anticipating. I probably couldn't have done the job for much cheaper on my own. ServPro did a great job of taking care of a pretty nasty situation and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Triangle Home Detailing by a friend a that had good things to say. Michael, the…read moreowner, contacted me via text and we chatted about what my need was. I was looking to have someone come to blow the roof and clean the gutters. in both person and via text, I was very explicit that about the gutters and that they have older guards on them and would need to be slid out to clean the gutters - so I was clear that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!
