Just wanted off by saying what great customer service. Went in for an alignment and to check my suspension overall. Right away Marco got me in to check it out. Was very good to show me that I have a ball joint issue. I approved the job to get done and after it was done he called me and told me that we didn't need to replace what he originally quoted me so it was less and all done in a very timely matter. I would highly recommend Top Alignment if you're looking for honest and transparent service. I own a 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 RWD and my dealership messed up my alignment after a routine tire rotation. I brought it back to them twice to have it corrected and all they did was lie to me and tell me different measurements of my tires and ended up getting 3 new tires out of me which still did not correct the problem, which was the car pulling to the left when the steering wheel was straight. I spent a week researching my options and Top Alignment had the best reviews, for good reason. I gave him a call and Marco offered to take a look and diagnose the problem for free in the same day. I decided to take a chance and give it a try. Marco and his son went above and beyond to make sure they showed me every measurement and part of the process they completed on my car and explained the issue in detail. They even had a window for customers to look into the shop so I could see everything that was happening to my car. They charged me $130 (dealer would have charged $150) to complete a rear wheel alignment and gave me paperwork in case I wanted to pursue a refund from my dealer. Took a quick drive and had to come back and personally thank them because I was so upset and sad before because that car is my baby and I hate than anything messes with the delicate technology and performance features. He was also honest in saying that if the alignment did not fix the issue, he would recommend taking it to another dealer that has the equipment to handle the tech features (adaptive headlights, lane keep assist, etc.). called the shop spoke with the owner Marco... I told him I have Coil spring strut KING Shocks with reservoirs that I need installed for the front of my truck. He tells me he can install them for $150 each plus $140 for the alignment and he could install them today. I told him I would be there in 30 min. I get there and he looks at my shocks and tells me it's gonna be more work so $250 each shock not $150. I agreed with the amount filled out my information address, make of truck phone number. His son who had better customer service and better people skills told me they would call me later today when it's done. So I got a Uber and went home that is 10 miles away got a call from his son telling me that it would be $350 each shock to install that it would be more work than his dad thought. I asked if they could do it for $100 less being that they agreed to do it for $200 dollars less just 20 minutes ago. He asked his dad and came back on the phone telling no they cant. So I told him I would come back and pick up my truck and he said he was sorry for not being able to do the original price. Told him it was ok. So I drive down and is dad has his back facing me and his son working on another call I asked if my parts are in the truck and his son said yes and my keys are in the ignition. I said thank you and drove off only to find out that not all of my parts we're put in my truck... So I call the shop they don't know where the parts are but come back and check. I drive back and his dad walks up to a work table and picks up my missing part and instructions to install the shocks and gives them to me and walks away. I should have read his body language better because I still didn't know this man who have never met before Marco is his name doesn't want my business after. I told his son that was looking towards me and being communicative I would like to go ahead and have you guys do the job and then his dad again not looking at me told me no I don't want to do the job. I just said OK and took my parts and drove off not upset just wondering why? Was it that I asked for a $100 off or because I drove to his shop 3 times in one day getting 3 different prices that pissed him off. read more
