Charlie was extremely kind and patient and took more than the allotted time to make sure that our son was happy with the new look. Just a few notes: 1) it was extremely hot, like sitting in a sauna for 45 minutes before the AC was turned on. That didn't make it a very welcoming experience. 2) I was wondering why there was an ATM inside until I saw a sign for "cash only". For new customers like ourselves, we weren't aware of this and it did not state when we booked our reservation nor was it listed on the confirmation of the booking. Luckily we were able to pay by Zelle. 3) Charlie was past 5 minutes late coming in, so we kind of just sat there and waited not knowing was going on, a heads up would have been nice. Especially when you have it listed that fees will be charged to customers if they are late/miss their appointments or cancel same day. 4) Don't expect to be able to just do a spur of the moment walk in, it's by appointment only! This was just some feedback from our first experience here. Would it deter us from coming back? No. Would it keep me from recommending them to others? Also, no. Charlie was exceptional and more than made up for the few early on hiccups. Not to mention he charged me almost the same price for a whole hair transformation that some of those other places charge just for shaving down the sides. Thank you, Charlie!

We've been regulars at Toon Cuts for both of my boys, aged 2 and 13. Paul worked wonders on my teen's hair today, as he always does. He has an incredible knack for understanding exactly what a teenager wants and brings those ideas to life brilliantly. I'm genuinely impressed with his knowledge of current trends, including the 90's hair and K-pop styles. It's clear that my teen has found his go-to stylist in Paul. For my younger boy, Mai is our absolute star. She's exceptionally patient and skilled, making sure my little one leaves looking great and feeling happy. We've never left this barber shop in a bad mood. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is top-notch, and satisfaction is always guaranteed. Highly recommend Toon Cuts for families - they truly cater to all ages with excellence! read more

I love this place! Such friendly service and kind people. It's fitting for children to get a hair cut because they make it so welcoming for kids. They have toys and TVs to entertain kids. They also cut adult hair too. I got my hair cut by Kenny. He's amazing. He knew exactly what I wanted and followed my description very well. He's an expert when it comes to hair because he could tell by looking at my hair what I've done to it. I enjoy my hair cut very much. I really recommend going here.
