I took my 2 year old triplets here today. I went to another salon before and had a horrible experience. BUT this was my first time taking them to a salon and a new one (new to us) first of all. they have toys the children can play with. which was super helpful. and I was able to watch all 3 at all-times even while one was getting a hair cut. My wife and I brought our son here for a haircut and asked for a fade. The stylists idea of a fade was a straight line about a half inch above his ears all the way around his head. No fade at all. We had to approach her and ask her to bring the fade up, at which point she actually faded his hair. The fade now looks good, but we shouldn't have to tell a professional stylist to fix a fade. To make matters worse, we had to ask her to even his neckline out, and it's still not even after she "fixed"!!! Will not be back here. read more

My wife recently took my 3 year old son for a hair cut like she usually does. He has a longer hair style. The new girl butchered my son's hair. My wife told her to stop when she realized what was starting to happen, but the girl continued and was insistent that she knew what she was doing, she didn't. She was supposed to clean up the sides but she took clippers and gave him a marine style cut, and not a good one. My wife finally told her to just stop cutting. This is the first kids cut place that actually put a towel on the back of my kids' neck to keep hair off (the main reason he hates haircuts is the itchy hairs). Wow what the duck? I called twice because the first time around some lady named Isabel picked up and she was rude when I was asking her a question. Then when I called again, she picked up again and I asked if I can make an appointment with Kenny and she literally said this "oh Kenny, he is not with us. Bye" and hangs the phone up!!!! What kind of customer service is that?!?! How rude! Someone else on here mentioned Isabel does a poor job at cutting and I think she's just horrible with customer service. SO, with all that being said, I'm never going there for my toddlers hair cut. Ever. How does this place even have 4 stars? Must be for other stylists.. Because this Isabel person is not friendly. If I could give zero stars I would, but I can't. I have never seen such a terrible hair cut in my entire life, I walked out if the salon in near tears it was so bad. My daughter looks like Jim carry from dumb and dumber, it's atrocious. For the love of everything do not go here. I went to cool cuts on temecula parkway immediately after leaving here and they were able to partially fix it, but the damage was far to extensive. The lady at cool cuts thought my daughter cut her own hair, THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS. So now my daughters first ever day of school she's going to look like a characature, and it's extremely depressing. I will never go here again, ever, and you probably shouldn't either. read more

This place is very very reasonable and very welcoming. It's supposed to be mainly for kids but both my husband and I come here. I get a straight cut so is more like a trim, and it only costs me $20 that's including tip ! I recommend it, the only thing is that there is always kids getting their haircut and on the weekends they are really busy. read more

Was happy with the lady that cut my sons hair she asked a lot of questions before cutting and was very attentive to my 9 year old boy. She was also very soft with the clippers. When I take my son to barbershops they typically push hard with the clippers and it hurts him. I wish this could be a good review but the edge was not straight at all only on the back. On top of this there was clear holes through out his head. I noticed after he showered because she tried to cover it up the way she combed it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. My son is two and doesn't really enjoy getting his hair cut, but he tolerates it for the most part. So this place did a fairly decent job. Not the best hair cut he's ever had, but it'll do. And for he price, I can't really complain. I could have done without that overly strong cologne smelling gel they put in his hair though. Something much less scented would be nice. He did, however, love the toys and was upset when we had to leave and he couldn't play anymore. He also enjoyed watching a movie at the station while he was getting it cut. read more

Very unprofessional! I was supporting this business for many years taking my girls there for their hair cuts. But for some reason the last few times I was treated horribly and was charged different prices for the same routine hair cuts each time. When she gets comfortable with you, She makes you wait for hrs so she can take new customers . Since I'm not a confrontational person each time I let it go thinking it's OK. She needs business I can wait . However, the last time , I called and made an appointment with her . So the the day of my appointment I go there , I was told that she is off . I said , I made an appointment with her and she took my call herself . The lady that works there said that yes She got my phone call because the work phone is attached to her phone at home. She said let me call her and let her know that you are here . After 30 min . I asked again , if she was coming she goes well.. she wants you to go the gentleman that works there . Mind you ! he has never cut my girls hair and I didn't look like he was familiar with girls hair cuts . Because he kept getting little boys and men . I said no! I will wait if she is coming . After An hr of waiting, she shows up thinking it's a new customer ! As soon as she saw my face her whole face expression changed and said ( oh it's you!) didn't know what she meant ? She then proceeded by saying why didn't I go to the gentlemen ? She didn't have the audacity to apologize that she was late . As if I was a charity case and she was doing me a favor . Since I had wasted an hr already decided to still let it go and get the hair cut over with . When we were done , she charged me double . I asked , why are you charging me double ? She stated that she did a blow dry. I said , on your sign it clearly states the charge including the blow drying . I said , why am I getting charged to pay more than an adult hair cut for a 14 yrs old girl which has coming to you for yrs ? When she saw other clients were listening she goes " ok that's fine pay me the same price as it says in the sign . " can you believe that ? So unprofessional!!! She charges different prices each time . Depends on her mood I guess . She also lies to everyone and says she works there so she can collect the tips while she is the owner herself . My wife took both my kids to get hair cuts. Wow...the worse hair cuts I have ever seen on my kids. My 9 year old went with a frohawk and came back with a buzz cut. My 2 year old, well...I won't get into his hair cut. The only reason my wife took them there was because their usual hairstylist was on vacation. Should've just waited. Never again. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating (my son used to hate getting his haircut and still isn't a huge fan, but they take their time to make him as comfortable as possible).
