Then, I tried to use my laundromat card, and it stated it had 0 balance. Afterwards I immediately called and texted the company about the accident. On August 5, 2024, I received text message from the company stating they need the card number and cc (credit card information). I sent them the receipt, my bank statement (no account number listed in the statement) and cc number. They stated they will get back to me as soon as possible about the problem. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them. But before this incident there has been issues with this laundromat. The washing machines are always broken, or water will sometimes drip out of the washing machines as well. I highly suggest going to another laundromat that is better manage.

I started going to this place several ago because it was near my school, and my grandfather trusted them with his cleaning. I remember the first pair of pants I brought to them, where they were rather strained from constant wearing as part of a school uniform. They were able to return them to like new condition! I have also had several other items here cleaned, all of which were returned clean, undamaged, and not over starched. I also once had a very dirty leather jacket handed down to me cleaned here (or offsite by a partner) While leather cleaning did cost $50, the jacket was, like the pants, returned to excellent condition. I have used the tailoring service here a few times as well. Once I had the waist on a pair of pants brought out 2 inches. The work was done so well, you'd think they came that way from the factory. I also once had a zipper repaired on a jacket. Again, work was done well, and very quickly. This work was rather expensive for replacing only the part the moves up and down (called a slide) but again done well. What might also be a part was that it was done in front of me. I am sure had I left the jacket and picked it up later, with the zipper repaired, I would think the price I paid a steal. Cash only!
