No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.

This is a really beautiful and heavy 80-year-old legacy wooden door and I wanted to keep it. Just a door, not a big problem to fix, you might say. But you'd be mistaken. Most companies wanted to tear out the whole door, frame included, and replace it with a new steel one. No thanks. Other handymen wanted to tear out and then replace the frame/jamb and rehang the door; lots of demolition work, and expensive. And then came Anthony and Carrie of Squirrel Squad. They were totally on my wavelength: save the door, no unnecessary demolition, and *fix the problem*. Anthony showed up with Harry, raised and then reseated the three hinges, and in under two hours the door was saved, opening and shutting like a dream.
