I will not be returning to Tooele Vision Center. I felt like Dr. Jed Winder was friendly and completed a thorough exam. Then I received my glasses. The first time I cleaned them, the right lens popped out. I returned them and was told to just pop it back in. The problem was it wouldn't stay popped in. I also wasn't happy that the lens appeared to have been glued into the frames. TVC agreed to recut the lenses for a better fit. The new lenses don't fit any better than they did the first time and are not able to be popped in at the top. I will not be able to wear these glasses. If you see Dr. Winder, consider getting your glasses somewhere else. It is very disappointing to purchase glasses for hundreds of dollars that you cannot wear. Maybe I will take a page out of their playbook and try to glue them in. read more

I had my first appointment today. The staff was friendly, and they were running on time. More importantly, Dr. Winder took time to explain what was going on with my eyes, which I really appreciated. My visit was an overall good experience. read more

These guys really know what customer service means. They do absolutely everything they can to make your visit remarkable. They have the most up to date equipment I've seen, you can see pictures of your eyes like you are inside them. Without having to get them dilated. Every person working there were the friendliest I've seen in any business. This is definitely our new vision center! read more

My first visit to Tooele Vision and I'm blown away. The staff was welcoming the instant I walked through the door. The technology was amazing, my kids didn't have to get their eyes dilated because of a new machine.
