Dr. Howell is patient, kind, and makes the exams fun with "games" and prizes at the end to the point that my little guy requests I make more appointments. They had so many machines I hadn't seen before and some traditional technology I'm used to. No need for dilation either! They spared no exam for my eye health. The cost was very reasonable! I get eye exams yearly and they went above and beyond most other places I have been. I don't have vision insurance by choice, and they happily gave me a lens prescription and measured my PD as well without giving me the run around. They also helped me with the possibility of contacts and even tried some on, which I just couldn't tolerate but haven't completely written off due to the amazing staff. The glasses here are pricy; However, you're paying for a service that other places wouldn't do for you. I would've gone to Costco or somewhere less expensive but the staff's amazing customer service is worth the extra cost. I had new piercings on my ear cartilage that were being snagged by my old glasses; Athena sat with me and found me some frames that would work with my piercings and I bought two pairs! I didn't even know the frame's legs mattered so much. She even went above and beyond and adjusted my existing pair and fixed and adjusted my old favorite pair that I bought elsewhere to be more comfortable while I waited for my pairs to come in.
