Sitting, facing the Dollar Tree, waiting to turn left, when Catherine the president backed into me. I know I should have gotten insurance information and called the cops, but unfortunately I am a nice person. Now she is stating that we were both backing up and that it is not her fault. My vehicle was in drive, I was waiting for an SUV to go by so I could turn off of the side access onto the main drive, definitely not backing up. I called both TJ Maxx and the Dollar Tree, neither have cameras, and it is now too late to get law enforcement involved. I am honestly just baffled by her behavior. To back into a PREGNANT women and claim no fault is unethical. I sure hope she does not run this company in the same manner.

No phone call, no email, just not bother to show up. Their invoices don't specify what services you are being billed for. I cancelled our Ad in writing with months of notice. I never heard from them again until I received an invoice for the service I had cancelled. I contacted them at that time to be told that they had run the ad DESPITE our written cancellation. I have a "Read" receipt confirming that they received the cancellation but chose to ignore it and not bother to notify me that it wasn't acceptable, allowed or any other communication advising of their intent. Auto renewals despite cancellations appear to be a thing if any of the reviews I've read are to be believed. They have now sent us to collections even though the circumstances were discussed with Anne Marie. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been an Accredited Business in the Fayetteville area with them since 1978. We have excellent credit but refuse to be bullied into paying for a Service we cancelled particularly by a Company we've had a business relationship with for almost 30 years! If this is the legacy LocalEdge - Hearst Media chooses to go out with, we definitely made the right decision in severing business ties to them. In reading the numerous negative reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolatted event but more like common practice. I don't know if their practices are illegal, but I do know that they are unethical and would caution anyone considering a business relationship with them to reconsider.

While most marketing businesses in that area are still sticking to traditional (and in my view obsolete) means of advertising, Jeff has clearly embraced to new age of marketing on the internet and the results I received for my business were nothing short of incredible. Since I first opened doors in 2013, Jeff has been my go-to source in making sure my rankings and brand messaging stay positive online. Even now, he's been supportive in guiding me through the complicated marketing process in moving my business across the country. Outside of my business, I've watched Jeff repeatedly bring on new clients, and deliver stunning websites that bring in local traffic. He carries a unique sense of technical and marketing know-how that get his clients ahead, while other businesses in the area are just lacking or need to catch up - definitely give him a call!
