I've never had any cleaning services inside my home. The past few months has been strange, and my…read moredaughter insisted that we do a deep clean in the bathrooms. Okay, neither one of us has been up to it. Daughter contacted this lovely woman. The price was right and the cleaning was done! The bathrooms look fantastic! I have a Vikryl (sp) tub in one of mine. A Kohler product. It is some sort of composite material which is difficult to maintain. NEVER AGAIN!!! I shall stick to porcelain for any future tub remodels. Getting back to the cleaning. On time. On top of all the cleaning that needed to be done. VERY PLEASED with my outcome. Hopefully I will not need assistance in the future but I do know who to contact if I do.

Got excessive moisture or a mold issue in you basement?…read more Call Nolan, from Ahold of Mold Environmental. We did. He arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. Nolan's knowledge and expertise when you have an issue like this is just what you need for your home and health!

I had also stated that I wanted a cleaning every other week and when they left they told me they had 4 days available during the week that would work. They proceeded to not respond for over a week and scheduled all of their availability so that I would have to wait a month between cleanings. Also, accused me of leaving coins around my house to catch them not cleaning things. Very rude accusation. I have 3 kids and don't have time to leave traps around my house for cleaners. I would give them zero stars if I could.
