I had a poor experience with this cleaning service and would not use them again…read more I paid for a deep clean and still had to go back afterward to vacuum up multiple clumps of dog hair, dust surfaces, and wipe down parts of the sinks and faucet myself. My own vacuum immediately picked up debris that had been left behind in one pass. There were several areas that did not appear fully cleaned, which was especially disappointing considering there were two cleaners working for about three hours. I understand everyone and every home is different, but I've previously had a single cleaner complete significantly more thorough work in the same timeframe for less money, without me needing to re-clean parts of my apartment afterward. The communication afterward also left a bad impression. Instead of simply addressing the concerns professionally, I felt blamed for the condition of the apartment and uncomfortable with the tone of the payment-related messages. My girlfriend also was blocked from the company's business page during the exchange, which felt extremely unprofessional. While the owner did eventually offer to come back, the overall quality of the clean and the handling of the situation did not match the level of professionalism I expected for the price charged.

Have since hired other company with excellent results for $200 for 8 hours. I did contact the company and their only offer was 'Hire us again for $600 and we'll knock off $75.' They also said that someone brought garbage bags back in and dumped them. The tenant denied this allegation. This tenant deserves to receive part of his $600 back. He is older and has little money.
