I know I should have gotten insurance information and called the cops, but unfortunately I am a nice person. Now she is stating that we were both backing up and that it is not her fault. My vehicle was in drive, I was waiting for an SUV to go by so I could turn off of the side access onto the main drive, definitely not backing up. I called both TJ Maxx and the Dollar Tree, neither have cameras, and it is now too late to get law enforcement involved. I am honestly just baffled by her behavior.
