I like this Prometric. I have been to 3 now for various certifications and I like this location…read more Jeremiah, the manager, is clear and helpful. The location is clean and pretty spacious and bathrooms are not too far to get to if you need a break. I have an injury, so sitting is painful and they were able to let me bring a heat pack (no plug). The thing is - which I did not know - and you may have trouble with - you can't adjust stuff - in other words - you can't be moving around too much and moving a sweater on and off and behind your neck for support and so on. Can't kick your sandals off and sit cross legged. That kind of stuff - which can be extremely difficult when sitting for long periods. The rules are strict. If you are comfortable with a highly compliant environment though and you follow the rules, you should be good. I recommend bringing a bottle of water and a snack if you will be sitting for a long time. You can leave it outside of the room. Don't go for a break unless someone is at the desk, you'll have to wait if they are not there. You get screened every time you leave and re-enter and you need to sign in and out. Bring a sweater. Thankfully they keep it cool enough in there to keep people awake. Brains work best at 69-72 degrees I have heard. Good luck!

I have had an absolutely awful experience with Improv Driving School, and I would strongly caution…read moreanyone considering using them. I completed my traffic school course on August 5, 2025, and somehow my completion was never properly processed with the court. This has turned into an ongoing headache that I have now been dealing with for over a YEAR. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and transparency. I recently called to get answers about why my completion was denied in the first place, and the representative could not give me a straight answer. Instead, I was told it was supposedly related to a name change, despite the fact that my legal name wasn't changed until September 2026 -- over a year AFTER I completed the course. So apparently, rather than taking responsibility for whatever went wrong on their end, I'm left chasing down answers, dealing with court paperwork, and trying to fix a problem that should never have happened in the first place. I was also told someone would need to contact their superiors to investigate, but even getting a clear explanation of what happened has been unnecessarily difficult. A company providing a service that directly affects someone's driving record should be competent, communicative, and accountable. Improv has demonstrated none of those things in my experience. Save yourself the headache and choose another traffic school.
