As a parent, we want the best for our child. That's why I went to Surepass. From start to finish, Adam went above and beyond and even drove with my son the day before his driving test. I went to Surepass back in July-August of 2015 and took an in-class driver's ed course with Adam as my class's instructor. I also did behind-the-wheel practice with them as well, and I can say I had nothing but a good experience with them. Terrible regretful and expensive experience!!! Please read all the fine print and have them explain the cancellation policy before you walk out as they never explained correctly it to me. I'm a cancer patient and I have major health issues I had to cancel a total of three times due to my health and when I called the first time to cancel I was told that I had to give them a 24 hour cansalation notice otherwise I would be charged $50.00 fee. So on the next two times that I called and canceled they never said anything to me about the fee or time.. When my son had completed his lessons they told him that he would have to pay $150 in order to get his driving certificate. That was all due to cancellation fees acquired. I called the office and explained my situation and they said I had to give them a 48 hour cancelation notice not 24. I said they gave me the wrong info at my first consolation and the lady there said that I should had read the policy as I have the paperwork and it's stated on there.. She said that they will hold the certificate until It gets payed off. So I had to fork out an additional $150 after I had already paid $350 for the driving lessons. This is a huge amount of money for someone who is on disability and is paying for medications. So my son then gets there to pay the money we owed they take it and nobody is around to sign off on his paperwork. What kind of service is that!!?!?! He's still waiting on someone to sign off on the paperwork they got the money. People CAUTIONE BE WARE of the cancellation policy and ask is it 24 or 48 hours!!!! read more

I paid 300 for there service .Then when they came to pick my Daughter up they wanted another 40 . so i paid that . she had two lessons and now they want another 40 dollors to do the last lesson . They told us it was in the contract . but they never gave us a contract or signed one .Surepass is just a big money hungry company .and should be shut down. read more

The place just tried to get me to pay another $50 due to my trying to reschedule an appt. from tomorrow to Monday. My kid had a school thing come up. Imagine that!! This is after making me pay an additional $40 because too much time had passed between the last lesson. They kept telling my about some contract that I had never seen. I am sure the nice people giving lessons are fine but I would never give them any business or send my Kids there. Too many other local options in the driver training field. Have you seen red & blue lights in your rearview mirror lately? I did. So to clear my driving record for insurance reasons, I looked for a good drivers ed school. Surepass Driving Schools offers two excellent, easy-to-do CA DMV Drivers Education courses - online or study booklet. I chose the study booklet, which I could borrow. With the booklet and test inhand, I went home where I comfortably read the study book and then took the test afterwards. The next day I took the booklet and test back to Surepass and they checked my test. I passed (100%) and Surepass uploaded my results to the courthouse right then - it was that simple. The staff at Surepass was friendly, professional and I learned some new vehicle code regulations. My experience could not have been any better. BTW - Just to make sure Simi Valley Courthouse did their part with the info from Surepass, a couple of days later I stopped by the courthouse to verify matters. Sure enough - no problems. Thank you once again, Sure Pass, especially Fabi and Peg. This our second time using Sure Pass with our kids, and won't be our last. Unfortunately we didn't have Yelp 8 years ago when our oldest was a student, but they were great with her! She passed her driving test with only one mark against her and that was only because she got excited pulling into the DMV parking lot and got marked 1 point for going a bit too fast trying to get to the designated spot at the end. Our second child is currently a student, and is currently with Fabi, just like her big sister was. Our girl was terrified to get behind the wheel. After 1 lesson with Fabi, she is now excited and confident driving with us. Which makes it so much easier for her to learn. And Peg, what can we say? Thank you, Thank you for your patience and helping us find dates that fit our crazy schedule. And also making sure the girls have the right teachers to fit their personalities. I have twin daughters that learned to drive through Surepass. Instructors drive directly to your home to pick up the students. They teach car safety, street and freeway driving. They did a great job preparing my daughters for the Drivers License test.They were a little apprehensive because two people failed the DMV drivers test before them.I am happy to say both of my daughters passed, one with 99 percent and one 100 percent on her test! Very disappointed I booked my daughter on a 1 week intensive driving course in May she took her theory last Tuesday and passed now she is being told she has to wait 2 months to start her lessons and her test is booked for the 30th August very disappointing I don't call this a quick pass course she is being told that her instructor is not available until the end of August I have requested a partial refund so she can go with someone else they have refused me my money back as they said in their terms and conditions it is between 8-10 weeks for your test I was not told that as I would certainly have not booked with these people my daughter is 17 and was looking forward to learning to drive she was fortunate that I could give her an intensive course not to wait 2 months ludicrous please make sure if you book with this company you double check their terms because they certainly don't tell you this over the phone read more

This is a very professional driving school. My three kids took the online education and the driving practice with them. The staff are very knowledgeable, they always come on time, they taugh them the rules of driving, they did lots of practice with them in the cities street and the freeway too. All my three kids took the permit and the driving test from the first time.
