Very tasty Reuben on marbled rye with homemade thousand island dressing. Lots of sandwich choices. Also lots of tasty breakfast options. A great place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. They close at 2:00pm. Didn't get the pancakes but saw lots of them come out and they looked/smelled delicious. Very reasonably priced. Most all options were under ten dollars. I had soup, sandwich, chips and a drink for around $12. Nice decor, table cloths, speedy service. Place was packed at lunch - always a good sign! This is a Gem of a place for breakfast and lunch. I've only lived in the area for 4 months and stumbled on this place. Probably one of the best Reuben sandwich I've had in a very long time. Ive Been to Tonys Place a few times, the food is always good with good size portions. This particular visit , my wife and I split the breakfast special called the Elsa. 2 eggs, 2 meat(we did bacon), a hashbrown, choice of toast & a pancake. My wife took the toast, I took the pancake, everything else we split. Everything was cooked to perfection & very tasty. Our waitress was very pleasant and prompt and helpful. The coffee was delicious. And the special was great priced at only $9.99. I could have eaten more, but splitting the special was the perfect size...... My only complaint which has zero to do with the restaurant is it was the first time in my life that I tried Splenda in my coffee........ I won't make that mistake again...... my second coffee I used sugar, which was excellent. read more

This place is open for breakfast as of 10/4/2020. However, the quality and cost did not meet our standards. The service and cleanliness are fine. Condiments are left on the table. Menus are under the clear table top, a nice idea I thought. Restrooms are also available. The food was the main disappointing part. The spinach and feta omelet and Denver omelet were both ok, but the hash browns that came with them were just a frozen patty heated up. Toast was included in the $8.99 price for each entree. The sourdough bread had no sourdough taste and was one slice and a heel. I got a side of bacon for $1.99, but it was 3 slices, 2 of which were very overdone. When I pointed this out to the waitress there was no comment or offer to replace it with a fresh order. The total for 2 people for this meal was $31 before tip. That included food mentioned above plus 2 coffee and 2 small orange juice. read more

I will not ever be eating here. This man literally cooked my food with his bare hands. No gloves or anything. I walked in this restaurant and saw him on the grill cooking with no gloves. I thought he was cleaning the grill. No. He was actually cooking my food with his bare hands. He even took cheese and put it on the grill with his bare hands. When he saw me looking at him, he then proceeded to put hand sanitizer on his hands and continued to cook. This is Nasty. Nope I won't eat there. read more

Clean & great service. We were there right as they opened and we're the only 2 in the place. My biscuits and gravy were the real deal. Side of bacon was cooked perfectly. My family tried to eat breakfast here today. While the restaurant was busy, there was an empty table. However it needed to be cleared. The server totally ignored us, despite making very brief eye contact. After what we considered a more than reasonable wait, we left, still hungry. I hate to give a bad review but I just think the value here is poor. Paid $12 for a sandwich, chips, and soup. The sandwich was fine, the chips were chips, but what bugged me was the soup of the day, cream of mushroom, was clearly just canned soup that tasted just like Campbell's cream of mushroom I have eaten 100 times, no doubt in my mind it was half a can of 50 cent canned soup. People go to restaurants to eat something they can't have at home not to eat canned soup which was $3 for a cup! At least chop up some mushrooms to make it look like it might actually be made fresh in house. If you want a quick lunch the food is not bad and staff was friendly enough but there are a lot of other options in the area with better quality fresh prepared food for a lower price. read more

Found this place while staying at Fairfield Glade. It may show up as Michael's on some searches, but it's named Tony's now. We ended up eating here three times during our five day visit to the area. Elisa is the server and owner's daughter and she is delightful. The decor is what you'd expect from the strip mall exterior. It's utilitarian and sparsely decorated but it gets the job done. The food here was simply delicious and a notch or two above those great greasy spoons your parents took you to. I ordered a Hungry Man breakfast one day and although the cheese on my eggs was a triangle of a half a cheese slice and the ham was lunch meat style, the meal itself was delicious and filling. The blueberry pancakes was a standout that prompted my sister to call them the best she's ever eaten. I also ordered a ham and cheese omelet on another visit that was very good as well. Everyone in our eight person party really enjoyed their meal and that includes some finicky eaters, so I'm going to give Tony's Place 5 stars. Tony's isn't fancy and it's menu isn't the longest or most refined, but if you're looking for somewhere to eat that doesn't have a Cracker Barrel wait time, give them a try. read more
