Haven't been in a Ruby Tuesday since the 70's in my hometown of Memphis. Menu is nothing to get excited about, it's typical "bar & grille fare". My appetizer was good. Atmosphere was pretty much the same as the menu - typical. In other words, you could change the sign to "Applebee's, Chili's or TGI Friday's, and probably not notice the difference, lol! We have enjoyed dining here in the past. Sundays we take a wheelchair bound senior out to lunch... I called to ask about making a lunch reservation and I was told because Sunday is a busy day they will not take reservations...That makes no sense, it's ridiculous you're able to make a reservation when it's not busy and presumably you can get a seat easily. Haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's in a year at least and wow so disappointed. Chicken tenders weren't fresh but frozen ...salad bar which is our fav was not lime it used to be! Bathrooms were awfully dirty!! Very bummed. Yall can do better!!! read more

Seriously disappointed in all restaurants who go with the "smash Burger" trend. It is a way to give you a smaller burger and cook it in seconds it's disgusting and the one I had yesterday at Ruby. Tuesday was no exception lacking in size lacking in flavor, lacking in lettuce, tomato and onion. The place was dead seems to be most of the time anymore. Two years ago. This place was awesome. Salad bar although adequate was not kept up and there were fruit flies all over the rice salad. I told them so and absolutely nothing happened. We spent the evening trying to eat through the screaming yelling and laughter coming from the kitchen and whenever I said something about that being disturbing, I was told well they're just singing along to the music. Seriously? I had been told the Place had gone downhill. I was really surprised to find out. It was true and it hoped it would not be will try again maybe in another few months but at this point not interested in eating there. Maybe specialty items other than the Smashburger as a pick up item because now I am afraid of the salad bar. read more

The ONLY reason I would have given them a **** review as the help I received from the manager was excellent and the rice served with the kabob! I ordered dinner with Uber and when it finally got here, the kabob was cooked properly. The problem and a would-be * review for the dinner? the meat was the toughest I have had in many a year. positive. because of the manager's making good on the meal was an added I called up to complain and was told that they have ZERO control on what they receive from Corporate! they only have one steak worth ordering and the rest are probably (copied from the internet for the almost, lowest grade of meat) "Standard and Commercial: Often sold as ungraded, store-brand meat. It features very little marbling and is tougher than the top three grades." It is a good thing I have my own, good teeth. Not only that, the cubes of meat were larger than they should have been, but with a knife that could be overcome. BUT, nothing could overcome the overall quality of the meat. read more

I ordered the guacamole burger and they must gave put it under the heat lamp because it was inedible the bun was so hard you couldn't bite it . I've been there before and had a great hamburger so it must of been an off night for the chef. read more

so i got and order of there cajun chicken pasta and there is an option for no scallions and that what i did how ever when i received my food it was covered in scallions and i. to of the my boyfriend got a american smash burger it was burnt and it came with a side of mash potatoes and they where gritty and hard read more

Drinks were okay little on the heavy side of mix lite on sports! Server was VERY attentive! But the food was slow in coming oult . Food was hot and fresh fries were a bit skimpy but tasty! We got to restaurant at 4:50 pm in Crossville. It took 55 minutes for my wife to get an appetizer. The salad bar was 3/4 empty on things that had anything in them. Most of the items were totally empty. We were never greeted by a host. Finally I asked the bartender if we were to seat ourselves. He said there was no host today but he seated us. Our office ordered the "Burger Bar". We were not impressed at all. The burgers were just cheap, frozen patties that weren't seasoned at all, extremely greasy and just barely cooked. I'm fine with a little pink but when the entire inside is pink it's not cooked nearly enough. This is the second time I've eaten at this particular location and I will not go back. Had dinner recently and the wait was long for both drinks and food. When the food did come out it was luke warm to cold. The manager did adjust our bill to compensate but wasn't interested in our feed back. While one of my guest was going to the restroom she overhead the manager mocking us about our concerns. My son is addicted to their t-bone steak and their ribeyes. I love their deconstructed kabobs and their salad bar. If you go too late (after 8 pm), you run a huge risk of them being out of popular items. Service is great, prices are moderate. Oddly, the soup is almost cold each time I get it and it has to be sent back to be warmed. I just stopped ordering soup. We go about 2x week, so they must be doing something right. read more

How do you advertise that you are serving Waldorf salad and not have it on the salad bar! Over half of the salad plates were dirty!!! The guy taking care of the salad bar was notified by me and he only removed the ones that were actually dirty. He did not take the ones that were either sitting on top or below the dirty plates. Service is great at this location, whenever I was in need of another item they were quick to assist. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich whilst my boyfriend ordered the hickory bourbon salmon. I do not recommend their bbq items as they were subpar at best but the salmon was delicious! read more

I didn't think chain fish tacos were supposed to taste this good! Two were enough for me! Great sauce, filled to the brim, fresh ingredients, warm and crispy soft shells. The salad bar is amazing. Once seated with drinks & had appetizer ordered, we were informed - no: French fries, tater tots, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, quesadillas, kids pizza, mozzarella sticks & queso dip. WT literal F. The food we did settle on came out partially wrong & took forever. The salad bar was warm & messy with more missing items, the entire place seems sticky. There was a wait at the door when we were leaving, probably 15 people- no one was being told their missing items. Total entrapment. One star because our server was amazing. read more

Very disappointing experience at this Ruby Tuesday. My colleague and I stopped on our way back to Knoxville following a 14-hour work day. We were seated and our orders were taken promptly. 30 minutes later - no food and no sign of our waitress since she took our order. I found someone else to check on our food; we were exhausted so we asked for our meals to be boxed up so we could get home. It took over 40 minutes to receive our food. When our waitress finally showed back up, she offered no explanaition, no apology, no discount, no free something. I thought she might be new, so I explained it would have been helpful to get updates from her if there was a problem. She paused and said, "yeah - you're right" in what seemed like an insincere tone. Still not sure what the issue was that night, but my reheated medium rare steak was not worth what I paid. Will not be stopping at this restaurant again. read more

Ruby's is my "go-to" place if I'm in the mood for a good salad. Their salad bar is FANTASTIC! Now their menu items have always been kinda hit and miss for me. However, every time I've ordered the Double Decker Chicken it's been perfect. Our Ruby's has some GREAT mixed drinks as well. The service I've recieved has always been decent with a few bad waitresses sprinkled here and there. Understand though, I've lived in the town this Ruby's is in for 47 years.
