We have enjoyed dining here in the past. Sundays we take a wheelchair bound senior out to lunch... I called to ask about making a lunch reservation and I was told because Sunday is a busy day they will not take reservations...That makes no sense, it's ridiculous you're able to make a reservation when it's not busy and presumably you can get a seat easily. That's backwards and makes no sense. The door is clearly marked " reservations gladly accepted" read more

Ruby Tuesday - The entrance door very clearly says "Reservations Gladly Accepted" and make no mention of an exception for Sundays - Burgers Near Me - Crossville, Tennessee

My fish and shrimp with rice and zucchini were delicious. My husband liked his Caesar salad. The service was very slow. Our waitress was very disorganized. She needs some training for sure. There were a lot of dirty tables Probably won't visit a Ruby Tuesday restaurant again. read more

I'm ONLY giving this place 5 stars because, Our server is spectacular. Love him ! However..... $13.00 for 5 badly overcooked coconut shrimp. Ala cart, not a dinner.... Shame on you Ruby Tuesday. We won't be back. read more

Seriously disappointed in all restaurants who go with the "smash Burger" trend. It is a way to give you a smaller burger and cook it in seconds it's disgusting and the one I had yesterday at Ruby. Tuesday was no exception lacking in size lacking in flavor, lacking in lettuce, tomato and onion. The place was dead seems to be most of the time anymore. Two years ago. This place was awesome. Salad bar although adequate was not kept up and there were fruit flies all over the rice salad. I told them so and absolutely nothing happened. We spent the evening trying to eat through the screaming yelling and laughter coming from the kitchen and whenever I said something about that being disturbing, I was told well they're just singing along to the music. Seriously? I had been told the Place had gone downhill. I was really surprised to find out. It was true and it hoped it would not be will try again maybe in another few months but at this point not interested in eating there. Maybe specialty items other than the Smashburger as a pick up item because now I am afraid of the salad bar. read more

Thank you Ruby Tuesday staff for making your give back Tuesday such a great success for the ms Cumberland County senior queen's sponsoring the veterans food assistance program 2025 for Cumberland County veterans and family members in need. The welcoming staff went over and beyond meeting the guests and getting everyone seated as quickly as possible; servers so efficient; kitchen staff really stepped up their game; and of course the bartenders doing triple time handling take out orders, etc read more

Food was great. Service was better! Allie took great care of us, and when we got our food so promptly she made sure that she complimented the kitchen crew. The restaurant was also spotless! read more

The ONLY reason I would have given them a **** review as the help I received from the manager was excellent and the rice served with the kabob! I ordered dinner with Uber and when it finally got here, the kabob was cooked properly. The problem and a would-be * review for the dinner? the meat was the toughest I have had in many a year. positive. because of the manager's making good on the meal was an added I called up to complain and was told that they have ZERO control on what they receive from Corporate! they only have one steak worth ordering and the rest are probably (copied from the internet for the almost, lowest grade of meat) "Standard and Commercial: Often sold as ungraded, store-brand meat. It features very little marbling and is tougher than the top three grades." It is a good thing I have my own, good teeth. Not only that, the cubes of meat were larger than they should have been, but with a knife that could be overcome. BUT, nothing could overcome the overall quality of the meat. read more

Tried it out again for a family members birthday and it was way better than previous experiences. Still could improve on prices for the portion, and slow service but that could be due to any number of things, short staffed, the chefs etc... read more

Haven't been in a Ruby Tuesday since the 70's in my hometown of Memphis. Menu is nothing to get excited about, it's typical "bar & grille fare". My appetizer was good. Atmosphere was pretty much the same as the menu - typical. In other words, you could change the sign to "Applebee's, Chili's or TGI Friday's, and probably not notice the difference, lol! In fact, same goes for the prices. Service was good - prompt and friendly. I'll go back, mainly because of location. read more

We got to restaurant at 4:50 pm in Crossville. It took 55 minutes for my wife to get an appetizer. The salad bar was 3/4 empty on things that had anything in them. Most of the items were totally empty. We were never greeted by a host. Finally I asked the bartender if we were to seat ourselves. He said there was no host today but he seated us. Wife asked for extra sour cream but never got it. read more

I came here and ordered my food and drinks at the bar. Makayla is an excellent bartender/server who made this experience even better. The service she provided was excellent and she is the standard of what customer service should be in the food industry. read more

Our office ordered the "Burger Bar". We were not impressed at all. The burgers were just cheap, frozen patties that weren't seasoned at all, extremely greasy and just barely cooked. I'm fine with a little pink but when the entire inside is pink it's not cooked nearly enough. This is the second time I've eaten at this particular location and I will not go back. The food is just awful. This type of attention to detail is why restaurants don't make it. read more

Hit or miss when we've gone there. Service is y'all's good. But food hit or miss. Salad bar is sometimes underwhelming. Could use an update on the decor. read more

Sarah L. Was our awesome server. My wife was not very hungry so Sarah recommended she choose from the kids menu. That turned out to be perfect. Our meals were delicious. The facility was very nice and clean. The restrooms were very clean. The salad bar was very nice well stocked with crispy vegetables. This was a great place to end our day before turning in for the night. read more

Had dinner recently and the wait was long for both drinks and food. When the food did come out it was luke warm to cold. The manager did adjust our bill to compensate but wasn't interested in our feed back. While one of my guest was going to the restroom she overhead the manager mocking us about our concerns. Obviousely the manager could have cared less. We won't be going back. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Great Salad Bar today !!!!! - Burgers Near Me - Crossville, Tennessee

My son is addicted to their t-bone steak and their ribeyes. I love their deconstructed kabobs and their salad bar. If you go too late (after 8 pm), you run a huge risk of them being out of popular items. Service is great, prices are moderate. Oddly, the soup is almost cold each time I get it and it has to be sent back to be warmed. I just stopped ordering soup. We go about 2x week, so they must be doing something right. read more

How do you advertise that you are serving Waldorf salad and not have it on the salad bar! Over half of the salad plates were dirty!!! The guy taking care of the salad bar was notified by me and he only removed the ones that were actually dirty. He did not take the ones that were either sitting on top or below the dirty plates. I would have removed the whole stack and replaced with clean plates. Just disappointed, really looking forward to the Waldorf salad. read more

Two of our three meals were good. The ribs were great, My daughter's burger was under-cooked. To top that off, she got some raw chicken in the appetizer platter. She then spent twenty minutes in the bathroom. Her Mom's and my dinner were fine, but we felt badly for her. She declined any substitute meal. read more

I didn't think chain fish tacos were supposed to taste this good! Two were enough for me! Great sauce, filled to the brim, fresh ingredients, warm and crispy soft shells. The salad bar is amazing. Spinach and greens - no iceberg here! Complete with broccoli salad, potato salads and the like. Server was super nice and friendly - in a good way, not annoying. They could use a change in their Bloody Mary mix. read more

The food is good the cost is ridiculous thanks Biden n company. Excellent salad bar their chili is delicious a bit spicy but delicious

Once seated with drinks & had appetizer ordered, we were informed - no: French fries, tater tots, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, quesadillas, kids pizza, mozzarella sticks & queso dip. WT literal F. The food we did settle on came out partially wrong & took forever. The salad bar was warm & messy with more missing items, the entire place seems sticky. There was a wait at the door when we were leaving, probably 15 people- no one was being told their missing items. Total entrapment. One star because our server was amazing. read more

It was my own fault. I knew what I was getting into. We received exactly that aaand possibly a bit more. Food, bad, all of it. It was expensive corporate garbage as well. Very disappointing experience at this Ruby Tuesday. My colleague and I stopped on our way back to Knoxville following a 14-hour work day. We were seated and our orders were taken promptly. 30 minutes later - no food and no sign of our waitress since she took our order. I found someone else to check on our food; we were exhausted so we asked for our meals to be boxed up so we could get home. It took over 40 minutes to receive our food. When our waitress finally showed back up, she offered no explanaition, no apology, no discount, no free something. I thought she might be new, so I explained it would have been helpful to get updates from her if there was a problem. She paused and said, "yeah - you're right" in what seemed like an insincere tone. Still not sure what the issue was that night, but my reheated medium rare steak was not worth what I paid. Will not be stopping at this restaurant again. read more

The service was great, but the food was nasty and I ended up sick. My husband ribs were nasty and hard. Will not return

Ruby's is my "go-to" place if I'm in the mood for a good salad. Their salad bar is FANTASTIC! Now their menu items have always been kinda hit and miss for me. However, every time I've ordered the Double Decker Chicken it's been perfect. Our Ruby's has some GREAT mixed drinks as well. The service I've recieved has always been decent with a few bad waitresses sprinkled here and there. Understand though, I've lived in the town this Ruby's is in for 47 years. I've eaten there hundreds of times. read more
