They couldn't get a to go order right if their life depended on it. If you dine in and get Jacob as your server, expect to help him deliver your food and clear your own table. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen it. Don't waste your money. You will be paying for frustration. read more

We have gone in twice to the restaurant. Both times it was dirty looking, both times they were out of the food we wanted. It looked like the tables we half full, yet a t lot of people waiting for tables. At least 5 waitresses, a few who were standing around talking. We only went back a second time because we saw it had a good review on social media, so we figured we'd give it another chance. We have always enjoyed going to Ruby Tuesdays in other locations, but this one needs work. read more

New menu and no one knew what anything had in it or how it was made or made with, not even the cook or manager knew. They couldn't find the gluten free menu so told me to look it up online. I thought there might be something vegan on it. So I went to the salad bar. Not a very good selection there either. Sat us by the kitchen and the floors were slippery and it smelt like a dirty mop. Service was good. I didn't take pictures because it wasn't worth it at all. The only thing on the salad bar that had any taste was the hummus. Walked away hungry and definitely not satisfied. I'll not be back. read more

Well they all can't be winners. As we were road tripping, we found this place and we'll...we were unimpressed. As one of the few eateries in the area it was our only choice. The food was okay, but the service was terrible and the foodbar looked like it had not been cleaned all day. read more

Definitely not the best establishment of ruby tuesdays I've been to. We asked for medium well burgers ended up with medium rare, food slightly cold so if anything I think we will just stick to the garden bar. The garden bar is never a let down! read more

It's a casual place that could also accommodate a larger crowd. Their food is good. You can get anything from a salad to a steak , just depends on how hungry you are . I would recommend this restaurant. read more

Tonight 6/23/2021 my boyfriend and I stopped in for a bite to eat. Food was good but the service was AMAZING! The Hostess Andrea greeted us at the door with a big smile and was Caesar Saladvery polite and friendly. Our server Mekalya was just as friendly and very welcoming. Thank you Ladies for a very fun experience. We will be back because of your wonderful service. Cheers! Bobby & Shelly read more

While new tires and a much needed break job are going on next door, I decided to treat myself to lunch out (within walking distance). So here I sit at the bar in Ruby Tuesday. I ordered a Bacardi Coke to start with and bacon cheese burger and Caesar salad. The drinks were good and the burger cooked to order ( med rare). The barmaid pleasant and attentive. A good dining experience. read more

Worst service I've ever had. Waited 15 mins for drinks and then both steaks came out over done and tasteless and dry. Couldn't even eat them. Will never be back done waste money here read more

Great place eat love it . Eat often never had bad and the service was outstanding. Will eat again alway

Enjoyed the meal. The background music was a little loud for my taste but not enough to complain.

We had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was delicious! Our waitress, Renata, was exceptional. We have had the privilege of having her serve us several times and we are impressed by her friendliness and professionalism! Y'all got a gem when you hired her! read more

We drove through on a road trip and couldn't find much in the area. We decided to stop for dinner and had a great meal, drinks and really good service! Super friendly folks and the manager even offered free dessert read more

Ranala did an wonderful job taking care of our family after we left a funeral. We lost a family member and found out that she recently lost her Mother. She is quick, attentive and has such a great personality!! She brightened our day and is a great ambassador and a wonderful asset for your company. read more

Worst ever experience. Was asked by the server' what do want', food came and was cold when Manager delivered it. Manager brought fresh fries almost 10 minutes later. Server came asked if everything was tasting good. When I told her the burger had onions and pickles on it. I was told was in the menu. She was outright rude. She was too busy talking with a friend at another table to be bothered with us or her 3 other tables for that matter. She was rude to them as well. Manager never came back out to the dining room so the poor hostess got the brunt of my anger. Needless to say. Never again Ruby Tuesday's Crossville. read more

First off, One star and that is an absolute gift because they won't let me put a zero for a rating. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. The service sucked and the waitress could care less about her job. The corporate office for Ruby Tuesday took down the window shades so the sun was in our eyes for our meal. We were not the only ones with sun in our eyes. I am amazed they are still open, I have seen cleaner public restrooms. I think everything on the menu is soaked in a vat of salt before it is cooked. My aunt had to have her steak sent back twice because it was not cooked properly, the first time it was charburned, the second time it was as pink as roadkill. Oh and by the way she waited 23 minutes to get her food to her and we waited so she could try to eat. What they call steak is probably chuck meat from the same beef plant that fast food chains buy from. I cannot tell you how much my stomach hurt after eating at this fine family restaurant(oops that's Applebee's that is the fine family restaurant and way better food). Good luck to all who enter this location or any Ruby Tuesday's! read more

Great salad bar. Everything was very fresh. Service was excellent. My chicken dish was a little bland for my taste but my friend liked it. Lemon sauce needed more lemon taste read more

Welp. Let's just say, I've had a lot better. This is my first time eating here, and I was expecting something GREAT. No. Yes, there were a lot of cars parked in the lot, so we all expected 'Oh, they must be good'. We go inside and got seated. 30 minutes later, finally got our drinks, 2 hours later got our food, wasn't even good either. I had Chicken parmesan dinner with a salad. The noodles were dry and cold, the only thing that was actually good was the chicken and the salad. 2/10, most definitely do not recommend :) read more

We had a most wonderful evening! A large group of senior ladies and everyone left happy. Carson was very accommodating and the manager was kind. Employees stayed busy, the restaurant was clean, and most importantly, the food was great. Did I mention we were a bunch of old ladies and no one complained? Super good. read more

Dining and drink orders are handled efficiently. While no longer exceptional, food quality is acceptable but somewhat pricey considering quantity and quality. Dining experience is less than pleasant because tables are close together in sections of restaurant casing diners to be squeezed against table and some must rise from their chair so adjoining diners can be seated or leave seat. Our table assignment was in a congested area even though restaurant was not crowded. Manager was not apologetic or did not seem to be concerned when this was brought to her attention. Other Crossville restaurants offer a more pleasant dining experience. read more

Tonight was the last time we will go to this Ruby Tuesday's. We have given this location multiple chances through the last few years. Service is horrible. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. Not only did our waitress forget we were there, she held a full blown ADULT conversation with the table in front of us. To the point that she sat down with them to chat. Never again. read more

Now I ordered through we deliver and I don't know if it was their fault that my order was messed up or not but I asked for no pickles tomatoes or onions on my burger low and behold I check my burger everything is on it I took it off and still ate it. Sorry Ruby but I feel sick...three out of four of us had a dish with chicken and we are all nauseous...could it be a coincidence? Service was okay, place wasn't very clean, salad bar was very messy. Be warned, not a great place to stop while on a road trip, now we get to sit in a car and feel like crap. read more

It's Ruby Tuesday. No better or worse than any other, but no reason it should be averaging 4 stars. Crossville is no restaurant Mecca, and RT is edible if nothing else, but there's better food out there. read more

Nice waitress, but the half rib portion was small - 4 or 5 small bones. The meat was very good - falling off the bone, but a bit lukewarm. Also small portion of veggies. If the plate were smaller, the portions might look larger - plate wasn't half full. read more

My husband and I stopped in with two friends. Service was incredibly slow, but we were not in a great hurry. Finally received our lunches. Our friends had ordered a pasta dish and had no problem. However, my husband and I both ordered the ceaser salad with fried chicken. The chicken is already sliced and placed atop the salad. I thought something looked strange and pulled the chicken apart a bit more. The chicken under the fried coating was raw! I told my husband to check his before eating. Same thing, raw. I am not saying slightly undercooked in the middle. The whole piece was inedible. I got the waitresses attention and told her our meals were raw. She gave a half-hearted apology and took the plates back to the kitchen. (I realize she is not the cook.) Normally you would expect the manager to come and apologize, or offer a discount on your meal or something - but nothing. When the meals were delivered a second time they were correct. When we went to pay (by credit card at the table) we inserted our card, waitress did her thing and gave us a receipt. Our friends go to pay their bill, and the waitress walked away as they were inserting their card. We had to wait for waitress to return to bar area and drink some liquid before I could get her attention to come finish our friends transaction. This will be our last visit to this establishment, needless to say. read more

Sarah, our server, was great! My husband was happy with the steak part of his petite sirloin and shrimp dinner, but the fried shrimp was overlooked. My honey bourbon glazed chicken was very tasty and had a little spiciness to it. read more

I have never left a 1 star review before but unfortunately that's what my latest visit was. As a group of 4 we decided to pair off and do the "Dinner for 2 for $24.99". 2 of us ordered the petit sirloin with mashed potatoes. Upon receiving the food and tasting the mashed potatoes, it became VERY apparent that they were instant mash potatoes without any seasoning what so ever. Trying to make the best of it we tried adding salt and pepper and were going to add butter. Unfortunately our server did not come back for 40 minutes after dropping the food off. Once he did come back, the first thing he said was "what's for dessert" and not even asking if we needed anything. Even after the butter eventually came, the potatoes were an awful consistency and could not hold any sort of flavor. I have never gotten instant potatoes from a restaurant before and I hope I never do again. I will not be returning after the poor service and even poorer food. read more

Great drinks. Happy hour from 4-7 & 9-10. $2 drafts, $3 margaritas and more. The food was also amazing. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Little mishap with very salty sweet potato fries but it was fixed with no complaints. 10/10 will stop to eat if ever in this part of the country again. read more

Quality of food and service is consistent every time we eat at any location. This is the only "chain restaurant" I enjoy eating at. The server at the Crossville, Tn location was very nice, prompt, and just an overall great server. read more

As soon as I walked in and was seated along with my family an ice cream truck came up through the parking lot ringing it's music, all the staff immediately dropped what they were doing and ran out side. Moments later they returned all of them with ice cream cones and proceeded to sit around while they enjoyed that sweet cool treat. All of the guests could not believe what was happening. I'm still shaking my head, where's my damn ice cream. read more

Had a really tasty baked ravioli here. Wait staff was nice and attentive. Wine was too warm. Salad bars at Ruby Tuesday are pretty good.

Got to Crossville fairly late and ate here out of convenience. Had the herb crusted tilapia with creamy lemon sauce, spaghetti squash and salad bar. Excellent choice!!! It was all really good. The only thing that I didn't care for was garlic biscuits - - just too much garlic for me. read more

This isn't your usual RubyTuesday! No sir, the service was as fast and... personal as the food prep and quality was great! Our server Ashley was polite and very helpful in attending to our needs. Best of all, it wasn't too loud, too smelly, except for one server who bathed in some very cheap perfume... Oh well, nothing is perfect. Even the manager tastefully stopped by asking if everything was ok. I responded that the lobster tasted so fresh, I forgot I was in Crossville! We Will Be Back! read more

My husband and I stopped to have lunch here today. And I just want to say we were very impressed to say the least. We were just passing through as we were traveling on vacation. Everyone there is so friendly. The bathroom was so clean. And the food well I can't say enough about the food. We had the ribs and the salmon. It made me wish we lived around the area so we could eat there more often. It was an amazing experience. Very thankful we picked there to stop and eat. read more

RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so disappointed at the service of Ruby Tuesday of Crossville. The Friday before labor day I had date night with my boyfriend. We seldom see each other so this is a very special time for us to meet up, grab a bite, and relax. I chose Ruby Tuesday of Crossville and he picked up the bill. The waitress came back to the table to return the credit card after processing the bill. She had at least three of the book type holders containing credit cards in her hands, and after opening one stated she left the card at the register. While shuffling the little books with cards, my boyfriend noticed his card in one of the ones she had with her, only because it was a distinctive color. He showed her which was his card and she stated "shit" quickly in a whisper type voice and then stated she would be right back, taking the bill and card back with her. She then did the same thing with a gentleman at the table beside us, however, I did not hear her curse, just state she would be right back as she did with us. Nervous my boyfriend had just paid for someone else, he checked his banking account online when he returned home. He was indeed charged for two transactions. He called and was assured the unauthorized charges would be refunded to his account. Three calls later, one of which he was treated very rudely, he has still not been refunded. I feel horrible and embarrassed. He did not really want to eat here, but I wanted to go. Not only did they charge him for someone else but was also very rude when it was their mistake. SERIOUSLY Ruby Tuesday of Crossville??? He has the bank statement in hand showing the two charges within minutes of each other, Thanks for embarrassing me ! read more
