Again, boy what a year a change makes. This used to be one of my favorite places for a familiy dinner when passing this way. The food is still fairly good and the salad bar is great, but the waitresses have become downright rude. Obviously the kitchen manager allows his cooks to prepare food as a crude joke towards customers that are vegan. Last night, I ordered a two Mediterranean Salads, with one of them to have no meat, no cheese, and no pesto or dressing. It was to be made vegan, and Jackie who took the Togo order, was told that I tip really well if the order gets done right. There were more things ordered, grilled veggies, tempura green beans, and sweet potato fries. Total coming out to 49$ and some change. I gave her $61 cash and for her to keep the change thinking the order was done correctly. Well when I went to pick up the Togo order from the bar, I asked if she double checked it, and so she checked it in front of it. Well, maybe I should have taken a fork to the vegan salad and inspected it, because under the pile of lettuce set an egg. No where on the menu does it say the Mediterranean salad comes with egg, and Jackie who took the order understood 100% that the salad was for a vegan. In all honesty, I do not think it was a mistake. This was obviously done as a joke, but the salad was just tossed aside because ethically speaking no vegan wants to eat the menstrual cycle of a chicken. So do not go here and request for anything to be on the menu to be changed. The next thing that will happen is if there is when someone that's allergic to nuts, and the kitchen staff thinks it's funny or a joke to slip one or three in to just see what happens. The food is fine but it's the service that is horrible! Been here multiple times and have had to wait over 30-45 min to get food. Went the other day with family and l we ordered was bowls of soup and waited over 30 min. Our drinks were constantly empty and were never offered any biscuits, even though the other tables were given some right when they sat down. Waiting 30+ minutes for a bowl of soup is absolutely unacceptable. My family will not be going here ever again. Management needs to take note. read more

Went on a Saturday night. Gave name to hostess. waited 30 minutes and hostess didn't call us. Checked with her and she said "I called you." We were in the bar about 20 feet away. Probably waited too long. Insult to injury was that the table in the bar that was open when we went in..........was the table that we were seated at after a 30 minute wait. Total ineptitude. After we ordered, it took another 25 minutes to be served. Don't waste you time on this place. the only good thing is that the food was pretty good. service stinks. read more

Everything was great from the brand besides employee commitment. Ruby Tuesday's I believe does have some expectation when it comes to their servers. I get we came in at 8:30pm and it was a Sunday. Sunday Funday or whatever as it's joked. Although when I'm a simple two top at the end of a night, with drinks apps salad bar entree and dessert, it doesn't mean I wished for sub par service, especially from a self professed leader of her peers. From app to dessert every plate was almost purposely left on our table, refills included. We even appropriated the table for her to have ease of access to all our plates because obviously we didn't want to be left with the mountain she left us with. I hate to do it, but to continue, she then divulged the questionable actions as an entire business when she proceeded to tell us about how the woman we had to walk by who was incapacitated from drinking there since "3pm" wasn't receiving any sort of urgent medical care besides someone going into her phone to call her parents. No worries though "her boyfriend" came and got her, still in a questionable mental state. Yet our server wants to ask us if we've been drinking prior to arriving. I'm sorry, is that the new ABC rule? Although it's probably because the managers lack any control of her team. I only know for a fact because when they have a pow wow ten feet away from our table about how no one is on the same page. Thing is at the end of the day I'm finishing this review about a quarter till 10 pm. People could still be walking in as I'm typing this yet I feel like before we even walked in that place they had thrown in the towel. Oh I'd of been nice and left a review on a website or to a manager but apparently you need a code or an actual attentive leader to get things done. i ordered a crispy chicken chopped salad with french dressing. they brought me my salad and i did not have the correct salad or dressing. they brought it back and got me a new one. this one comes looks like they threw full pieces of lettuce on the plate sprinkled some tomatoes and threw some chicken on there. That is not what i ordered either. so the manager came and brought both salads back. that is horrible service. finally i got the 3rd salad. not recommend at all!!!! i will never step foot in a ruby tuesdays again. especially after being told the manager said not to take the salad off the bill. read more

I live here and eat here all the time because it's one of only two restaurants we have. Something bad has happened to this restaurant and the food lately. Waitresses are too busy to give proper service and your food, something drastic has happened to it (and I eat a great variety of entrees). All that new garden bar gives you is a higher price, smaller plates, and useless items that no one wants (beets, hummus, kale, wasabi peas). Four of my favorite items are gone. My favorite potato salad now tastes like boiled potatoes with mayo, no seasonings, nothing else in it! No more French dressing (it's in the back if you want it), no croutons, no crackers and everything is diced up small as if you wear dentures! My main complaint is THE FOOD IS NOT SEASONED ANYMORE! Why did all the good food get changed? I'm convinced that someone "high up" has changed everything to save a buck. That person should be fired. Since you messed with the garden bar now, I will not be back. read more
