The red sauce tastes amazing! Best I have ever tasted. Seriously! According to Dwayne, they have a secret recipe that includes an herb. Dwayne is very friendly and helpful. He volunteered to give me extra red sauce. I loved dipping my pizza slice into the red sauce. read more

Pit Stop Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Crossville, Tennessee

I don't understand why this casual pizzeria isn't standing room only with a line out the door. I ordered their pepperoni rolls to go with a side a marinara and queso. Oh my goodness...so darn good!! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. They seem like really down to earth, hard-working folks trying to make a great pizza. read more

Pretty much the best in town if they would just be a tad more generous with toppings.

The best we've found in the area. The crust is fantastic! Toppings are a little skimpy.

The staff was really nice and the inside was nice but not roomy enough to eat inside with a large group but the pizza and garlic bread sticks were delicious and for a very good price. read more

First visit since new ownership Pizza was hot and fresh would prefer a crisper crust but that's most everywhere else too adequate toppings read more

Less than impressed. With so many high reviews it shocked me how bad the food was. About the same as a PaPa John's but with out the banana peppers. read more

This is the only independent pizza place in town. The hand tossed pizza with 2 toppings was a winner. I will be a return customer ! read more

Pizza to go! Hand-tossed crust, with every topping imaginable. Friendly people. Very reasonably priced. For pizza to go, you can't go wrong! read more

We are from way out of town but they're fast. Friendly service and pepperoni and combo pizza were awesome. Also super enjoyed the pepperoni pizza rolls. I thought those were absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend to anybody in or out of the area. We are pizza snobs and don't like many pizza restaurants. This one is worth it! read more

Great place. Got the XL Club Sub---best sub in Crossville. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is wonderful. The staff very helpful and friendly, wait time not bad at all. We love this place. read more

Delicious meat lovers pizza keeps us coming back again and again! Great value at a great price, fast and perfect every time.

Very good tasting pizza....the best in Crossville in my opinion. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are VERY skimpy on the toppings. read more

It's not as good as it once was. Food seemed to be just thrown together. Sandwich had some adjustments-was not made to order. Calzone was just 'fine." Service was friendly when picking up order. Probably won't go out of my way to order from again for a while. read more

Pit Stop has delicious pizza! Just had a couple of large pepperoni pizzas and our whole family loved them. Their sauce and their crusts are amazing! Service was fast and accurate. There's not much to the place and very little room to eat in, but they are friendly if you do. read more

Pizza is really good and the service was outstanding. Friendly staff and timely order preparation

One of the best pizza I've had. We got the Veggie- Highly recommend- very friendly service

Very very good! Always fresh with yummy topping . Great flavor . We've been there several times! Always great!

The three or 4 times I've eaten here the pizza and subs were astounding! I've heard rumors they have stopped delivering most likley due to COVID, not sure at this moment. You will pay decent for the pizza but it is worth it the flavors are awsome I love the barbecue chicken bacon and the Buffalo chicken pizzas. Also the Philly cheesesteak (though not the best I've had, I'm critical about judging philly cheese steaks) it is around #4 of the best I've had this only applies to the cheese steaks, The pizza though is phenomenal! read more

Great food and friendly staff. It's my go to for pizza, wings, and pasta. Support local businesses!

My girlfriend was having a rough day So I called and requested that they make a pizza with "LUV U" written in pepperoni. Not only did they make it it was absolutely gorgeous and the wonderful staff took the time to draw hearts on the inside of the box as well as cut some of the pepperoni in the shape of hearts! Not only was it delicious but it made my girlfriend's day! Thank you for going above and beyond on this order! read more

Pit Stop Pizza - a pepperoni pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Crossville, Tennessee

I wouldn't even give this restaurant one star. It was awful. I didn't even get the food I ordered We ordered two Chicago style Philly cheese steak sandwiches. I asked the lady when I ordered if the onions, peppers and mushrooms where grilled, (as stated on their menu as well) they were raw. The steak was lunch meat not steak. And we didn't get the mushroom. The French fries were underdone. And on top of it we didn't even receive the dessert we ordered. The only good thing is that they said we will get our money back. Now I have to cook dinner. Great read more

I grew up in Connecticut, and lived in Philadelphia/New Jersey for years. I know good pizza, and the Pit Stop has become our go to place for pizza. I have been there three times now, and tried several of them. Chicken Parm, BBQ Chicken, Mac and Cheese... all great pies. Pepperoni and cheese pizzas are good too... but this is one place you can trust for something new for your taste buds read more

I'm confused... Pro's: Good service, clean place, great tasting pizza with good crust and fresh ingredients Cons: too much sauce, floppy pizza, toppings under the cheese so everything slid off the crust Overall, it was good, but not a fun experience because it was so super messy. I needed 2-3 napkins to eat two pieces of pizza. Probably not my go-to pizza place, but if they fixed the issues, I'd love to support a local place! read more

We love Pit Stop! They have fresh salads, especially great specialty pizzas, pasta, wings, breadsticks, and sub sandwiches. We've tried it all and are happy to be regular customers here. The owners are friendly and work very hard. We always give locally owned businesses dibs over large chains and Pit Stop is a favorite in our family. It's one of the first places we choose when we have pizza night. We eat here at least once a week. Everyone in our family can find something they want if they're not in the mood for pizza. Give their Mac and cheese pizza a try...it's delicious. read more
