Made an appointment yesterday for today. No problem. I was ready earlier than I thought I would be - called to see if they could take me early. No problem. Lenny did my pedicure and he did a great job. Gentle, nice massage, good products. I'll be back. read more

My wife said they were super gentle and did an amazing job. I called them and they got us in with out an appointment. Really nice place.

We had to wait an hour past our appt time. Danny was great and the best manicure ever. My granddaughter however had a female who did a hurry up horrible job on her pedicure. Absolutely horrible. read more

Both of my granddaughters had their nails done at Tony's yesterday. It was a terrible job for both of them. Their nails were uneven, the polish was very messy and looked terrible. They both came home and had to remove the polish and redo it themselves. we would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I can rely on Tony to do a great job with my nails every time. He is consistent, pleasant, personable, and his prices are fair.

Got a great gel nail polish. Lots of colors. Take time to apply. Hope to go again. Felt nice to have a pretty manicure.

Visiting Crossville and my hubby and I wanted to treat ourselves to pedicures. Made an appt 2 days ahead for TWO PEDICURES. We arrived a few minutes before our 11:00 a.m. appt time and we're greeted by the guy we assumed was Tony. He was very friendly. We we're told to pick a color and be seated in the pedi chairs. He continued to joke around with us. After about 10 min or so he summoned a girl from The back. As soon as she walked up, she started rubbing her shoulder, then her arm. She obviously wasn't feeling good. She did ask my hubby if he was having a good Day. Never spoke to me. She turned on the water for both my hubby and myself. She trimmed my husband's toes nails, then mine. She didn't even file my toe nails. She proceeded to use a scrubber for a very short amount of time. She did not use the grater. She did put some oil and lotion on our feet and massaged (more of s soft rub -and if I'm Being generous I will say 5 min each) The whole time I kept waiting for another person to come. Instead, she went back and forth between the two of us. She started on us at 11:15. I set under the toe dryer for over 10 minutes and we were back In our car before noon. 2 pedicures done by one person in less than 45 minutes. Cost $80. In my opinion - we were overcharged and underserved. I have been getting pedicures over 40 years. I have never had to share my pedicure technician and time with another person. I might could understand if we were walk ins AND had they told us they were understaffed but to not even been given the courtesy of offering some type explanation was beyond unacceptable. Would love to to hear an explanation of this treatment. read more

We moved to the Cove in Dec and I had bounced around trying to find a great nail place. Finally found Tony's place. They do nails as good if not better than most expensive "big city" places. Clean welcoming facility, excellent professional service. read more

I was in Crossville for the day and needed my nails done. I walked in without an appointment around 11 am on a Tuesday. Ana was available immediately and did a fantastic job on my nails (gel polish). The salon was very clean and sanitary. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

Tony's Nails - CND Shellac Tropix with gold glitter top coat accent nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Crossville, Tennessee

Never been this disappointed in a pedicure. A friend and I went in for pedicures. Had an appt for11. We were seated immediately, which was great. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. There was one person that did both of us simultaneously. Not only was that weird, but we had to request she change her gloves and tools between us. Lotion and massage wasn't done until after the polish was applied. A few toes were ruined and had to be redone. We were out the door in less than an hour. The nail technician paid more attention to her infant son who was in the salon. I understand it's hard to find help/childcare but this was not what I was expecting. To top that all off the pedicure was $45. Definitely not worth the price. read more

Pedicure team was great, New massage chairs and clean atmosphere made the experience super relaxing. Would recommend

Great service with a smile!! I was visiting family and was wanting to get a mani and pedi. I found this hidden gem and I am so thankful that I did!! The only thing is that it is a cash only place so make sure to have some cash on you read more

This is where I like to get my nails done. They do really good work here. A lot of places tend to make the acrylic too thick and the nails feel very fake when scratching your skin. I have never had that problem here. They also do an awesome pedicure and have a broad selection of Opi nail colors. Most people prefer to have Tony do their nails, but the other nail techs are very good too. read more

I was in town for a week, and stopped in here for a mani/pedi. Now I've had some really good manis and pedis, but this was one of the best i've ever had, and the people that work there are AWESOME. I will be stopping here every time I'm in town. read more

I have been around the US in travel and have many Manicures and Pedicures, and this is the worst ever. This joint is looking to give people warts. The tools that are used are just simply rinsed in the sink with soap and water (I witness this) and the same pumice stone that was used for me was used on the person before...... DIRTY PRACTICE. It also is very costly for a full spa pedicure and you get a little rub on your leg and feet. The broad was rude and would not speak to myself or my 78 year old mother. Seemed upset that she had to service us. RUDE PEOPLE AND DIRTY PLACE. read more

I am a transplant from NY/Chicago and have had my nails done within a lunch hour to perfection...I was recommended to Tony's Nails and I was not disappointed. He is a professional and runs his shop very well. I was pleased with my acrylics; the nails have stood up to a few weeks of dishwashing and yard work. Will definitely go again! read more
