The door was unlocked and they had a reception desk so I walked in and waited for someone. Soon a lady came and asked if she could help me. I politely asked if I could make an appointment. She rudely said "for what?" And I said a hair cut. She then very rudely told me she wasn't taking new clients and couldn't help me. I understand being busy, but I was just requesting an appointment, not for her to drop everything and cut my hair right then and there. Also, why would you have your business door unlocked for the public if you clearly don't want business? Being in customer service attitude is everything and the "owner" of this salon has a very rude and poor one. I highly recommend going to another business if you need a hair cut or salon services.

The young lady greeted me with a wonderful smile, and paperwork to fill out. The waiting area was clean, and offered many products for sale. The service room was neat, and tidy. Kat offered a warm bed, clean robe and hair band. The service was amazing. Kat not only did a wonderful job with my facial Dermaplane, she offered a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! My face wasn't bright red and I was able to continue on with my day as if Dermaplane didn't happen 30 minutes prior. I highly recommend Kat, and her team. My next 6-week appointment is booked.
