Came in as a walk in. They do not take appts. Waited about 45 minutes for a 20 minute rush job. Terrible service and not sure about the sterilization here either. Get to the end $45 not $35 and $3.50 add for using CC. What the heck?!? Needless to say no tip as it appears they already tipped themselves $13.50. Never coming back! I had my nails done yesterday. I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. I added ombre sparkles into my manicure. The woman who did my nails did a really nice job. My toes and finger nails look great. My poor review comes from there being a child there who was bossing around my friend who came to pick me up and no parent intervened when this child hit my friend with her pinwheel and my friend chose to wait outside in the heat because the parents never stepped in. Then it came time to pay. I get my nails done regularly in MA and pay around $90. So that's what I was expecting. I was charged $130 and was very confused how those services added up to $130. Lisa and John were the best techs. Actually John and Randy owned it (brothers). Randy is a flake who does wham bam manicures and pedicures. I would be willing to bet the bad reviews that are posted because Randy did the work. The brothers had a falling out. John and Lisa left and are now looking for a new place to work. The work the staff does on nails is sub par. We went to get our nails done (my mother and I) and it was $150. I'm from the city, and I have never paid over $45 for a full set, let alone $70. I don't understand the pricing, mostly because the quality of their work is so mediocre. I would just travel into Cookeville or Knoxville if at all possible because I can't seem to find any amazing nail artists around here. read more

Do not go to this nail salon! They do not clean their instruments. Went in for a basic pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Had the laziest pedicure I've ever had, didn't even trim my cuticles. And polished my nails before he filed them. Onto the manicure, if you can call it that. Did not soak my hands at all, so needless to say my cuticles do not get attention. And again proceeded to polish my nails prior to filing so the polish chipped immediately. Then I was charged $100 for this grotesquely poor service. What a joke. read more

Went there for a Pedi and start to finish was 15 min! And pricey. We walked in right after they opened and there were four workers playing on their phones waiting for customers. Prompt service but as I sat there looking around at the nice decor....it was splattered with grime, soap, water etc. and they had just opened! You have time to lean...you have time to clean! Very good pedicure. Walked in and was served right away, no wait, until it was time to pay...then I stood almost 10 minutes at the service desk with nobody even acknowledging that I was waiting. Then I was surprised at the cost -- $40 for a basic pedicure, plus $2 credit card fee, plus I added an $8 tip. I've never paid $50 for a pedicure before! Came here with family for a pedicure. Was looking forward to having my legs and feet massaged as I am pregnant but instead it was an extremely rushed service. Less than 20 minutes from the start of the pedicure until my toes were painted. No hot wax, no massage, no lotion, barely any exfoliating scrub, and not to mention they did not clean their instruments very well in between customers. Very rough with my feet. Don't do it. Prices Are not posted and are TWICE what you would pay at any nail salon in Cookeville and basically any where else. The service and final product are not special in any way. They then charge nail art prices for a different shade of paint and there is also a charge to use a card. Please save your money and go ANYWHERE else. read more

I had read a lot of good things about this place so I decided to give it a try for a fill in. Randy was hurrying through the fill and then another lady getting a full set of nexgen nails came in and he started to get VERY sloppy with his work. I had some nails that had thin polish and some that were jagged and uneven. Worst job I've ever had done to my nails. I had to go home and take of the polish and reshape the nails and paint them myself. Won't be back. read more
