    Giant baked potato.

Something that hasn't been mentioned in other reviews are the giant baked potatoes! I got one with green chile, and my partner got one with bbq pork. Both were amazing and had a side salad to go along. The place is right off the highway and has a rustic vibe. Food took a little while, but nothing unexpected for a small town.

The pizza is so good! The queso just seemed like cheese and rotel so nothing special but the pizza is awesome!

Was here about 3 years ago and loved the pizza so much, I wanted to return with the whole family. The garlic knots are the best I've had anywhere and the pizza is out of this world. Alone toppings, crisp & chewy crust, piping hot!!! Love it. Our server was very attentive and had a fun personality. I forgot to ask her name though. The vibe was rustic chill. Can't wait to go back.

I took a trip to west cliff this past summer and I was delighted to have stumbled at Tony's Mountain Pizza. We tried the bruschetta, garlic knots the Mediterranean pasta, and obviously we had to try the pizza. Everything was extremely yummy. The portions were pretty reasonable that I was able to save my food for later and have seconds for dinner On top of that I liked the vibe of the restaurant. Very cozy, warm and vintage inspired. Which I totally dig. A charming restaurant for a charming little town.

    Buckin Bronco pizza. Delish!

So good foodies. I've come back twice within 3 days! The pizza is fab-u-lous. The dough is so well done, fluffy, crisp, and delicious. Husband added shrimp to his Mediterranean dish. I had the Buckin Bronco cause it's KILLER. Pasta was good but my pizza was better! Delightful service from Jennifer and the crew. Yum guys! I'll be back.

This is a great spot for pizza in town, as long as you're cool with a wait. I posted a photo of a sign where you are warned in advance that it's going to be a minute, and it was for me and my crew. It took about fifteen minutes to get water, then another ten or so for beer. If you're okay with a wait, the food is actually quite good. I recommend the Western pizza - the cilantro aioli it comes with really makes it. Once the ball gets rolling, things are good. Outdoor seating is lovely and the staff are super nice.

Stopped in here on our way into Westcliffe. We were starved and pizza sounded good. It is a nice big spot in Silver Cliff. We had the Rancher pizza (ham, pepperoni, sausage) and garlic knots. The knots were really big and had a great garlicy butter taste. The pizza was hearty and I liked it, but I must say the ham overpowered the flavor. I thought service was great, the vibe inside was welcoming and it good meal. We weren't drinking, but they have a nice big bar and lots of tvs too! I would recommend.

I have eaten here many times and never once had an issue. Loved the service and the food. Today however, was very disappointing. I ordered up the Philly with Au Jus to go. What I received was not that. It pretty much was a roast beef and cheese sandwich. Nothing else. No bell peppers in the sandwich, no mushrooms and no au jus. Some onions. Not impressed.

Toppings should be all over the pizza and not just the middle!

The pizza crust and sauce was terrific. We pick it up and it was hot and ready to go. We also ordered a large calzone that was delicious.

Very good pizza and we enjoyed the ambience. Very casual and good service! Lots of beers on tap, though we're not beer drinkers.

We waited over an hour for our food. Our appetizer was not good, the water tastes like hose water.

This was truly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Shortly after we walked in we were…read morewelcomed and offered the choice of sitting indoors or on the patio, we chose the patio. Our server (unfortunately I don't remember his name) asked if we wanted a wine list but we decided against it (my grandmother ended up getting the cab later, one of the smoothest wines she has ever had and it was only 6 dollars). He brought out our antipasto which was a tomato pesto (forgot the name unfortunately), sheep cheese, and Chinese 5 seasoned pork with fresh bread, truly delicious. Our appetizer choices were house salad or New England clam chowder, my grandmother got the salad I got the clam chowder, I have to admit I was a little skeptical when it came out, I prefer a thicker clam chowder, but this was truly one of the best clam chowders I have ever had, and I am from a costal state. My grandmother loved her salad. It is an entirely verbal menu, he gave us 7ish (maybe 8 lol) different options, I went with the Duck confit with a blackberry currant glaze, jasmine rice, and brown beech mushroom and green bean. My grandmother had the teriyaki pork loin chop on jasmine rice paired with the beech mushroom and green beans. I have been to France, Italy, Germany, the UK, Gordon Ramseys Hell's Kitchen, and other Michelin restaurants. When I say this is truly the best piece of poultry I have ever consumed, I mean it. It was tender but not mushy, the rice was cooked perfectly and the glaze brought just enough sweetness and tartness to balance the fat from the duck. It was one of the only meals I have ever consumed and absolutely loved every aspect of. I don't even like mushrooms and I ate every single one. My grandmother loved her food, she has been having some slight stomach issues and she said it felt very good to her body. The loin was evidently pulled just before 145, allowing it to rest and remain extra, extraordinarily juicy and tender, the teriyaki sauce was sweet but not too sweet, it had just the perfect amount of tang as well as notes of ginger I believe. For desert we had the crème brûlée which was extraordinary, one of the best I have ever had. I talked with the head chef (he went to a culinary school in Scottsdale Arizona), and he was a very kind man who brought out our crème brûlée personally to us. If you are hearing all of this and thinking "man this is out of my price range" it is priced at $40 dollars for the antipasto, the soup/salad, and the entree, which is absolutely ludicrous for this quality of food, they could easily charge 60-80 a plate. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

After seeing the ad for Alys' in the local paper for years, we finally tried it and loved it! Fantastic food, charming ambiance and super friendly folks. They have a limited menu and extensive wine list, but everything was delicious! To fully appreciate the experience, you have to shed your expectations of a traditional fine dining experience. This is more like going to your favorite Aunt's house for dinner who happens to be a gourmet cook and talented wine collector. The place is literally a residential building. Walk in the front door of the house into a front room that houses a awesome (and great priced) wine collection, then you are seated in a modest but comfortable dining room. We were handed a wine list before a menu and then after the wine was poured, the server verbally shared the few entre options (no prices). I had the NY strip, my wife ordered the grilled tuna, and both were outstanding. No appetizers offered, but your meal comes with a choice of soup or salad. Nice dessert options. The vibe is definitely more private dinner party than commercial enterprise. The bill was startingly modest. Reservations are required, and Alys treats everyone like a personal guest whether you know her well or just met her. Enjoy!

Also, and this has happened before, the young lady/waitress/owner etc does not have a pleasant attitude and her follow up is close to abysmal inasmuch as we have to waive her over for any additional requests. We don't recall anytime that after we placed the order, received the order or were ready to pay the bill that she just stopped by to see if we needed anything. Seems like she was doing community service rather than trying to be a successful restaurant. We wish them luck, this town needs a restaurant that is not your standard fare.
