Both entrees were so good that it will have us coming back for more!! We had the privilege of meeting Willie as he was working the crowd. As we travel around the country, I find that if the manager/owner is working the crowd it's bound to be a great place - for sure in this case with Willie's. I told him that I call that "Leadership On Duty"!!! Three staff members also worked our table. Bow, Terri, and Summer, each had a division of duties and, as a result, we were really taken care of. The ambience was truly out of the western small town mode - clean, efficient service, and fabulous food. Four cups of the best coffee and a full stomach and was time to hit the road back home.
