They WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TIRE SIZE. They have you pay for your tires before they hand you the keys. They think people are STUPID PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WHEELS before paying these people. I told the manager the bigger sized white dude that works there and sits in his desk right behind the counter to the left . I told him I needed a specific size when I called and they said they had it and everything was smooth all until I went to leave and I saw the wrong tire size on my car MIND YOU WITH NO WARNING IF SO I WOULD'VE JUST WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE, so I go back inside and speak to the bigger sized white dude and told him those tires aren't gonna be good for my car because they need a specific setup cause I know my car and have been through this before and he said I'll be fine that he knows what he's talking about all that bs . I told him OK we'll see and if it doesn't work correctly because my vehicle is AWD , I AM COMING BACK I went yesterday 7/6/2026 for the 2nd time because my car wasn't driving correctly and it was because of the tire size being wrong like I had already told them. They put the correct size all of a sudden,I got there at 3:00pm they took 2 HOURS to change MY 2 TIRES in the back When I was the only person there, they spent all that time trying to cover up there dirty business Because I checked my wheels when they closed they handed my keys at 5pm closing time. Anyways there was A BIG HOLE ON MY TIRE SIDEWALL YOU COULD HEAR THE AIR COMING OUT OF THE WHEEL AND IT WAS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE They spent all that time because they tried to glue the whole and it didn't work and they tried to hide it from me. they close at 5pm they didn't saying anything about wheel having a hole they didn't say we didn't have a tire nothing no communication. i spoke to one of the workers light skin curly hair. He said there nothing we can do, we are closed "all of our workers are gone" . So then I had to drive the car while there was A HOLE IN MY TIRE to another tire place and PAY OUT MY OWN POCKET AGAIN FOR THERE MISTAKES or else I was going to be stranded without a car or better yet get into a crash because of these peoples dirty business. WHERE'S THE COMMUNICATION? THATS A LIABILITY I could've got into a really bad car crash and it would've been all there fault, Now on 7/7/26 I return back to get my REFUND because my services weren't met from the beginning and I was lied to through the whole thing and NOW they are saying they aren't liable and they give no refunds even though all of it was BS from the beginning on there part, Because these are trashy people And they do dirty work DONT GO THERE. Paul's diagnoses are always excellent and just as likely to provide a sense of relief as to confirm darker fears. He always takes the time to communicate what ails your car and is highly articulate. So your eyes aren't in danger of glazing over when the technical details start spilling forth. If you don't have transportation home and need to drop off the car for an overnight, not to worry. He'll set you up with a loaner car. Paul has even made little repairs free of charge and sent me on my way without so much as a "while you're here, you should really look into this." In sum, I feel he's extremely trustworthy and his crew are highly competent. Repairs are very thoroughly described on the bill, breaking everything down by parts and labor. Came close to giving that extra, super-duper special fifth star, but occasionally I've been a little glum about the cost of the labor. But then again, with Chicopee Tire & Auto, you do get what you're paying for.

I came in with a bad tire and rim, asked for an overall check to ensure safety and they found bad tie rod ends. Warranty company was very challenging to get ahold of but Dave worked so hard, was flexible and was very patient throughout. After all of the warranty process, when they could start ordering parts (after 5pm) for my car they had it all done by 11am the next morning. The tire took the longest to come in because they wanted to ensure it was the same as the others so it wouldn't cause any problems with the alignment (I respect rather than pushing Me to get all 4 new tires like others would do). They were able to repair the dent in my rim rather than buying a new one as well. Overall so relieved to have a place I can trust that cares about not only getting the money but giving customers the best service and most for their money. A huge thank you!!!

There were some recent magazines in a rack plus a tv was on for entertainment. There are only 4 chairs though. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked the manager to tell the tech to fill all 4 tires to 42 psi. I left and found the front tires were at 36 psi and the rear tires were at 34.
