Outstanding Service and Workmanship at Auto Quest Collision!…read moreI recently stopped at Auto Quest Collision for an estimate, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. Mike took the time to prepare a thorough estimate and then clearly explained exactly how he planned to repair my vehicle. He also reassured me that if any additional damage was discovered during the repair process, he would handle the communication with my insurance company. I have had vehicles repaired at Auto Quest in the past, and the service and quality of workmanship have consistently been far superior to what I have experienced at other body shops. Mike was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance company, making everything seamless and taking the stress out of what can often be a frustrating experience. It is refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, stands behind its work, and treats people with honesty and respect. Auto Quest Collision delivers quality workmanship at a reasonable price, and Mike goes above and beyond to make sure his customers feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Auto Quest Collision to anyone looking for a trustworthy body shop that delivers outstanding results and exceptional customer service. Of course, I hope I never need collision repairs again! But if I do, there is absolutely no question about where I will take my vehicle. I will be going straight back to Mike at Auto Quest Collision! My husband has been an auto adjuster for 35+ years and was confident, based on his business dealings with 3D, that they would do the job correctly. LaMia Thorpe scheduled my repair, and Kalie wrote the estimate. Kalie promised to have the estimate the day following her inspection, and she most certainly did! LaMia helped me with the car rental so I was ready to go! I received texts advising me of the progress of my vehicle while in the shop. It was amazing and assuring to know my vehicle was easily going through the repair process. The care and concern expressed by Kalie and LaMia was extraordinary. They made me feel like a part of the 3D family! My front bumper had to be replaced and there was also hidden damage. No problem there! The supplement was written and I was notified of the situation promptly. The paint on the bumper matches perfectly, which is sometimes hard to do, according to my husband. My car was sparkling clean when I picked I up also! We have referred friends to 3D in the past, but now we can say with assurance that 3D is the best body shop in the area!!!

Infact I will share this review with all the local groups I'm a member of. Anyone that asks me about them will get the same review. I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy. They are a sorry excuse of a business. This business accrued unnecessary costs on myself and my insurance company. They should drop them as a preferred servicer. When my car was returned I had scratches near the cup holder that were not there before. They retaliated because I gave them a bad review.

We had an appointment for repair work on Jan 12, but when I called to confirm that on the 7th, I was told they did not have the parts yet and it would take 2 weeks to get them. So we rescheduled for drop off on Jan 23, with work beginning on Jan 26. I confirmed the second appointment with Zack on the phone 2 days beforehand. When I arrived at the shop this morning, Steve said they didn't have the parts and didn't understand why I was there. He complained about the State Farm estimate calling for after market parts and not paying for new parts. He has had the insurance estimate for 2 months, and this was a known issue. No one ever called me for a discussion of what I was willing to pay for out of pocket or whether new vs used parts were a deal breaker for me. Classic Coachworks just let the problem fester and then Steve had a temper tantrum when I showed up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I warned him that he was about to lose a customer of many, many years, and he sent me away. A little bit of communication goes a long way, and this is a lesson that Steve desperately needs!
