I would have guessed the ink on 1-year warranty would have dried before I'd need to use it. Sadly, that isn't the case. Now, I'll need to pay to rent a car for another multi-day stint with AAction. (I don't suppose they'd be gracious enough to pick up the tab for continued inconvenience)... needless to say, I'm not terribly satisfied with AAction Better Built Transmissions right about now...

When I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for repairs, not only did he identify the problem quickly and take care of it, he was so helpful when I brought it back a few days later, concerned I was having more of the same problems. Danny immediately researched what was happening, identified the issue, and fixed it in just one day. I was back on the road in no time! Many places would have charged for additional repairs, but Danny simply wanted to make it right. I was blown away. He and his team do excellent work and most importantly, they are good people too! 10/10, highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding attention to detail, high standards & quality of work as well as EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They have consistently good reviews for good reason. Their prices were 2/3 of what dealership was asking for same service. VERY PROFESSIONAL, work by appointment & get you in & out like a race pit crew. I had a mishap with a defective part that cracked while getting 20,000 mile maintenance service & they replaced it incredibly quickly at no charge to me with minimal inconvenience. They are A 'WELL OILED MACHINE'! I highly recommend them.

I just needed an oil change on my Porsche SUV and I didn't want to deal with the dealer, who isn't…read morethat close to me, anyway. I reached out to MasterClass and they were happy to take the car that day. Later in the day, I received a price quote that was very high for a standard inspection and oil change - 3 times what the dealer wanted to charge me. I messaged them back and told them that I would collect the car as the price was too high and they re-quoted it to just include a standard oil change/fluid top-up, no other diagnostics or inspections. That was more reasonable, but still slightly higher than the dealer. Despite the pricing, service and professionalism was excellent. The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. You can see by the cars that they service and their reputation that they know what they are doing. I will most certainly consider them for more advanced work in the future.
