When I called them at first, they didn't answer the phone but then they quickly texted me and asked for my info to set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for 10AM and they were punctual, even keeping me updated with their ETA. I appreciated how much they respected my time. The oil change took less than 30 mins. About 2k worth of repairs with parts they got from the junk yard and they used the wrong part on my car which ultimately messed up the computer.. Andy the owner told me the parts werent new and what was going on. He even wrote a whole description that i used to send to my credit card so i can dispute the charge made by the other shop. Andy is actually amazing. Super nice. They tried to fix the car but ultimately it was better to just let go of it and Andy refunded me all the money they had charged to try to fix it since it couldn't be fixed. My family goes here too. We live down the street so it is beyond convenient as well. Whenever i have gotten new cars i go here to check em out. I can trust em and thats awesome.
