Home Depot had it but it was a little difficult trying to get it ordered. So, we gave up and decided to check out Best Buy. The microwave was not only in stock but it was cheaper. Thus, we ordered it and went down to pickup it. We spent a whole 5 minutes in the store and had the microwave loaded for us a few minutes later. He made great recommendations and even mentioned a promotion for a new Apple Watch that was too good not to add to my order. What they have is very personable service and a dedication to customer satisfaction!! They ran into a snag getting the appliances from their main distributor and it was going to take a long time getting what I had ordered. They went above and beyond looking for other distributors that could get the appliances in quicker. I got a call at 8 o'clock one night telling me that they had found a distributor that would be shipping the appliances the next day. I was impressed that their day didn't just quit at 5 and forget about the customers! When they got both appliances in, I was called again with an update and a delivery time. They told me between 9:30 and 10 am. The install delivery men were at my door at 9:31.....wow, punctual! A quality I greatly appreciate it! The two guys who delivered and installed the items were very efficient and personable. I told one of the guys he could throw the packing material into my recycle bin because it was pick up day. Not only did he clean up all the packing material, he wheeled the bin to the curb for me. I'm old so I really appreciated this kindness. if I ever need another appliance, I will not be shopping any big box stores. I will go back to these guys!
