They told me $165 which I thought was reasonable and so I said yes send someone over. That was not the price I received when they sent over the invoice. I received an invoice of $505, so I called to complain about the 3 hours of labor I was charged when the technician was here maybe 2 hours. They said there was nothing they could do and if I had camera footage to send it over of the technician. I called back a few days later still upset over the invoice and the conversation I had with the lady over the phone. I asked to speak with the supervisor, they said he was not available and that he would give me a call back and it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. We are a business ourselves so I tried to give them an opportunity to correct the situation but they couldn't even give us a call back. Why tell me $165 and hit us with an invoice of $505. The estimate to repair is almost as much as buying a new dishwasher. I've just never experienced such poor customer service in my 11 years of working as a manager. This is also my first time ever writing a bad review online. I hope they will be more upfront with new customers because I will not be a returning customer.
