My dryer was making a horrendous sound and it was clogged the motor and blower. Jason came out showed me how to fix it for the next time got it up and working! He was super fast, friendly and professional. Tina the one who took the appointment was awesome called a day ahead made sure we were on track friendly and reassuring that it would get taken care of!! I would definitely use them again very reasonable on price. read more

Our refrigerator was not cooling properly. Called Yuma Appliance to set up an appt. After some diagnostic and testing they were able to fix our fridge without having to order parts. Only a service call charge. Great customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable. Explained ever step and why. Would definitely use them if we have any more appliance problems. read more

He came out when he said he would, diagnosed issue, part had to be ordered and he came out and installed day after receiving first thing the next morning. Was washing by 9AM. Great service and fair price completely transparent. read more

I had the pleasure of deciding on Yuma Appliance. The lady I talked to, I think her name was Tina, was an awesome person friendly and helpful and Jason the person that came out and fixed and old washer and dryer stackable unit, I was able to fix it and he was a really wonderful friendly and professional guy. I will recommend them to every single person I ever hear needs an appliance repairman. It is really hard to find people like this. I would have rated at 10 Stars if I could have. Don't get the response I wanted but given my previous experiences with appliance companies, I was deeply appreciative of Jason and his honesty and expertise. He diagnosed the issue in ten minutes and it was nothing that anyone else even considered. Omg this gentleman that came in today was so informative and patient. He explained what was the issue with the dryer and how to prevent it from happening again.
