You have to talk overseas to make appointments you have to do screening before your appointment. They closed the office with no notice no more inpatient visits it's all over the phone. They don't return phone calls. You can't get through on the line if and when you need a medication refill or a dosage to be adjusted. I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday after I had been transferred supposedly to the med person. I'll be leaving here shortly and I'm sure many others are lined up to follow if they continue this.

When she had called to double check, it turns out that the appointment was never set, and the next available date isn't until February 2025. When questioned about why the appointment was never set, the receptionist states "that's why we encourage our patients to call in and check". So, based on this, Inland Endocrine expects their patients to double check their work and make sure they are doing their job? No patient should have to wonder if the office staff is accountable or not, and that they can properly set schedules. Now she has to wait an additional 3 months for an office visit. It's clear that patient care and accountability is not a priority here. After my first ultrasound it looked like I had a uterine abnormality so he sent me to a get an MRI. I was misdiagnosed by the MRI. And after a few failed IUI we decided to do an exploratory surgery and he was able to remove all the polyps I had along with my uterine abnormality! We decided to do IVF and and got 4 healthy embryos! We implanted our first one and I am now 9 weeks pregnant! We couldn't have done any of this without Dr. Abdallah and his amazing staff! His nurses are the absolute best and make sure they answer any questions you have anytime of the day! I will miss them all when we graduate and move to a new doctor for the rest of my pregnancy! He responds to messages you send him; you don't hear back from a nurse. He has also called me personally to let me know test results and update me on what steps I need to take next. I had four cavities and they say they can only do one at a time so my next appointment isn't until December and it's October. Tried three times to get the doctor to get me a renewal on my antibiotics. Never heard back from them once. I even tried it by internet that they are pushing. The MyChart thing that they are pushing is a horrible experience for seniors. To top it all off when you dial there a number the voicemr43 differail program does not direct you to the dental department as instructed on the voice systent times over the year and they said thank you, we'll fix it---of course that was never done. Another thing that Is VERY noticeable at SAC SB and SAC Indio is that there is not one White or Black person working there. After multiple visits. There is no diversity in race. I find it hard to believe that other people are not applying. I am Hispanic so I know I am being fair.
