"Those are signs that the contractor is paying attention to installation quality rather than simply replacing equipment." The price was also very competitive and when the entire scope of the proposals where compared, it was the best from a cost perspective. Of course a proposal on paper, is just that, words on paper. Now it's time to see if the work stands up to the words. Yes, yes they did. Five stars here. Communication was clear, scheduling the job was prompt. The job took two days and our new Amana 3-ton 17+ SEER Variable Heat Pump system was installed and working beautifully. Now, keep in mind this is a very intrusive process, but Micah and his crew were conscientious and careful in our home. This was not suggested or shared when installing the solar, perhaps they knew that would be a hard no. I will need to have new pool solar installed and repair my new roof. Just for context, I've talked to another solar company where clearly they were just about trying to close the deal and sell sell sell, which really turned me off - it felt like they just wanted our money as opposed to wanting to understand what we really needed.
