Thank you to Dr Hudson. He's very personable and involved here every time. He's happy to answer any questions you have, and he also checks in with the patients too. I'd say give them at least a chance. You will save money, your son or daughter will have a relatively good time, and straight teeth due to the work here. Well done!

My granddaughter was very scared (bad prior dental experience). Dr. Mensah explained every step to her in a way she could understand (i.e. sugar bugs are not good for your teeth, we are going to put them to sleep, then washing them away and covering up the tooth so they can't come back). Dr. Mensah's patience, empathy and singing (she made up songs about the sugar bugs) was amazing and got through the whole procedure in a very efficient manner. My granddaughter was Hi-Fiving with her by the time we were done. My granddaughter wants to go back to the dentist again. I am very grateful to Dr. Mensah for completely changing my granddaughter's feelings about going to the dentist, she can't wait to go back now. Thank you! I would recommend to anyone who has children with dental anxieties.

Had some sensitivity issue a couple years back and it wasn't until I came to Smileville that I felt like I could trust the outcome. Surgery wasn't forced on me and now I'm fine with special toothpaste. Their staff is ALWAYS extremely pleasant which I find very valuable in this day and age. It's also not fake customer service but they seem like genuine decent people fully capable of doing their job and making a visit to the dentist very smooth and painless. A friend had recommended this place to me and I can now see why we both drive pass tons of other dentists and a further distance to come here. Dr. Sharafi is amazing. Friendly, nice, professional, genuine, all the positive characteristics that you can think of. Very gentle and knowledgeable with teeth care. He actually treats you like a person instead of just another form of income. Thank you!! I would rather not share all my secrets cause I'm sure their office can get busier buttttttt I had to give them the five star that they deserve. You guys are amazing and if only other companies can provide the service just like Smileville.

I said okay well the second one is in network so I wanted to proceed with setting up an appointment as we are just looking for preventive care but she acted like she couldn't schedule it. I never heard of this before but she said it's office policy. Even if the first insurance isn't in network, isn't it called coordination of benefits? So my second one would then be billed and then it would be covered as I am just looking for cleanings for a 4 and 2 year old. I'm legit in HR and still couldn't believe or understand how she was being so resistant to a potential new patient. I guess they don't want new patients. Be sure then to update your website and specify exactly that Aetna is only covered if you had Connection Dental or whatever she said on the card. I will go to find another practice because it just felt like if they are doing this already, they most likely will suck when it comes to billing. Wasn't like I didn't have insurance at all; and also why couldn't I even get scheduled like I couldn't pay out of pocket. They definitely need customer service training!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We had to make a change from Fushion…read moredental as they no longer had a pediatric dentist and a quick google search brought me here. The facility is always clean and the staff is pleasant and accommodating. Their services are automated which makes it easier on me as a parent. You have the option of filling out intake forms from your phone before arrival as a well. They have iPads in the waiting area and are always playing the latest and greatest kid movies on their numerous screens. They even go as far as having screen above the service chairs and for kids that can be a bit finicky in the chair I'm sure this helps a great deal. The staff are always patient with my babies, more recently the kids had to get X-rays of their teeth and they're always so understanding of their inability to keep the guard in for the pictures. Going as far as to reassure them even when they're unable to get the X-rays needed. Thanks for helping me keep my kids mouths fresh guys :o).

I don't know why I keep coming here tbh. I called a week ago to get an emergency appointment,…read morestating multiple times how swollen my son's jaw was and how much pain he was in. I also mentioned that he is due to get a routine cleaning. Even after stressing the EMERGENCY part, the best they could offer was an appointment a week out. I ended up having to take him elsewhere to get the emergency addressed but we still came to this appointment thinking he would get the cleaning I also mentioned. We get there. Wait. Get taken to a room. Wait. She comes back and says there's paperwork for the cleaning. Why wasn't it given to me when we checked in? I brushed off that thought and go to the reception desk where I'm told they only scheduled him because I said it was an emergency and that we'd have to come back to get the cleaning. IN WHAT FUKKN WORLD WOULD ANYONE ALLOW THEIR CHILD TO SUFFER WITH TOOTHACHE PAIN FOR A FUKKN WEEK THO?!?! THE FACT THAT THAT WAS THE BEST THEY COULD OFFER TO AN EXISTING PATIENT IS BEYOND ME. This is why I wish they did confirmation calls or something because I could have cleared this up and found a different dentist for the cleaning if I knew my damn time would be wasted with them. But this is usually the case so I won't be taking my son back.
