After moving to this area several years ago and needing orthodontic services for my children, I asked a few mothers at my children's school and all 3 recommended Hart Orthodontics. This practice truly exceeded my expectations! At our first visit, I had several questions and each was answered patiently and thoroughly. From our initial visit and through the years, everyone we have come in contact with has been friendly and knowledgeable. There have been numerous fun contests and events (Hotdog Days!, Ice Skating parties!) that they organize for the kids/patients. Recently, I decided to have my orthodontic needs addressed and I am currently in treatment. At each and every visit, I receive outstanding care and expertise by Dr. Pat Hart, Dr. Shea Hart and the entire staff. Not only is the office staff friendly, but I have found that they understand my busy schedule and really try to accommodate me when making my next appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice as their level of service is unparalleled. read more

I had the most pleasant experience with Hart Orthodontist throughout my almost two years them. It's a great environment with very friendly staff who enjoy each other. I did my research before picking an orthodontist and went to 3 different consultations; I felt the most confident here. They really make you feel comfortable and know what they are doing. With every silly or complicated question I had throughout my visits, they were able to provide me with an answer. If you have an emergency or need something for your invisalign's or braces before your next appointment they work with you to get you in immediately. I didn't take advantage of this but they do have a point system. Every time you come in or participate in their fun events or contests you accumulate points. With those points you can get prizes like gift cards, which is pretty cool. I would highly recommend Hart Orthodontist to anyone! Go in for a consult and you'll see what I mean. read more

We started treatment in 2011 when my son was a little 9-year old and today he finished all his treatments (2 rounds of treatment) as he starts his first week of high school as a 14-year old. So we've spent many years with Dr. Hart and I couldn't imagine entrusting my son's orthodontic care to anyone else! He's so nice and his son, who now works in the practice, is also very nice. We love that he treats the young patients like people and with respect. No talking down to them. His staff are very friendly and Val, the intake coordinator, makes the whole experience easier to understand from the first visit. The financials are easy and manageable with a payment schedule. The whole office works with a quiet efficiency that is refreshing. The difference between my son's teeth 5 years ago and now is light years apart! His teeth are beautiful even and he can smile with pride thanks to the Drs. Hart! read more

I have just began my braces process, the Hart Orthodontics practice has been extremely helpful. Dr. Sheamus Hart called me personally after I called his office needing reassurance that this was the right path for my personal teeth situation. The financial department has also been very responsive in adjusting things within my contract to account for an insurance change and some back and forth on my end of which type of braces I wanted to move forward with. Scheduling thus far has been a breeze even with a last minute schedule change for spring break. The treatment staff had been very informative and concerned with making sure that I was comfortable at all times. The Orthodontist both make it a point to say "Hello" each time I have been for treatment and check in on me. I look forward to the rest of my treatment here with this practice. read more

As we come to the end of my daughter's orthodontic treatment, I want to express how grateful we are to Dr. Hart and the entire team. From the very beginning, they have been the very best orthodontic providers, kind, compassionate, professional, and consistent in her care. Dr. Hart and the staff always took the time to answer our questions, explain each step of the process, and make my daughter feel comfortable and confident at every visit. They didn't rush treatment, which was key for me. The entire team creates a welcoming and supportive environment, and it is clear they genuinely care about their patients. We are thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier with the experience we've had throughout her treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Hart and team to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care. read more

Loving hart orthodontics. This was only our second visit but at both the initial consult and our first visit of putting spacers in, all the staff made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable. They took the time not only to explain the treatment plan to me, but also to my daughter so she would understand everything they would be doing. I love how they talk and explain everything to not just myself, but also to my daughter. Both the drs and the staff are so friendly. Would definitely recommend this group of professionals. read more

My son is a fairly new patient with Hart Orthodontics and I could not be more happier with their service. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. They have made my son feel very comfortable with them and the work he needs to have done. From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the dr. themselves, they have A+ service. They are very accommodating with the financial portion of the visits also. I am so happy that this is where my son is being treated and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

Both of my girls have had their braces done with Hart. Their staff is courteous, friendly and welcoming. They work great with your insurance and even give yearly refunds if the insurance pays more than they expected! My youngest had 2 brackets come loose and the office was able to get her in with in just a few days to repair them at no additional cost. My oldest even got her braces off 3 mos earlier than estimated and her smile is fabulous! They are a great facility to work with! read more

It takes a lot of time and effort shopping for braces, and choosing is a large financial commitment. We went and received five estimates for treatment and toured five different Orthodontists. As soon as we showed up at Hart Orthodontics, we knew our minds had been made up. We have just finished our first year of treatment and we couldn't be happier. The entire staff is fantastic, and we feel very welcome and feel we are getting the best value for our money. Highly recommended! read more

I think the Hart Orthodontics team is amazing. They have worked with my daughter for the last two and a half years. She has serious buck teeth. Now she has gorgeous straight teeth and I am very pleased with the results. The Father and Son team are great connecting with the kids talking to them and making them feel comfortable and relaxed. We never have to wait for our appointment they're never backed up and sometimes can see you early. read more

Let me start with the office staff, each one of them is professional and pleasant. They give you a warm greeting and a smile when you enter the office. This seems like something very simple but I find that many doctor offices lack this pleasantry. Then there is Dr. Hart, my son loves him so much he looks forward to his visits. Who knew that braces could be such a fun experience for a 9 year old. Hart Orthodontics is like family now! read more

I've got three kids, who ranged from "barely needed braces" to "holy crap, what's wrong with that kid's mouth?!" Although their needs differed, Harte Ortho was able to resolve any and all their ortho issues. Also great: the folks at the front desk, who are unfailingly patient, happy, knowledgable, and efficient. Harte Ortho is the real deal when it comes to both care and service - absolutely recommended! read more

Hart Orthodontist is great. I've been a patient for years and they have been great. All the appliances placed in my mouth were good and helped to straighten my teeth. The staff and orthodontists have been great, helpful, and friendly. The orthodontists make sure that everything is well explained and thoroughly checked out. The office always has a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend coming to Hart Orthodontics. read more

My daughter has been receiving her orthodontic care from this Father and Son practice for the past few years. They are extremely personable, take great pride in their craft, and do a nice job of explaining the course of treatment along the way. We have referred multiple friends and classmates to the practice and my daughter is looking forward to her final result once her treatment has been completed. read more

Wow! What an impressive place. The staff welcomed us and gave us a nice tour of the facility. They told us what to expect at each visit and they really know what customer service is all about.
